The Harman EASY Touch Control Software Update 23.02.14 includes:

• Correction for over feeding and pushing unburned pellets into the ashpan during ignition
• Faster shut down and better ignition
• Reduces the need to replace feed motors after several years due to feed cycle drift

Notes:

• Software updates include enhancements from all prior updates, including fixing displaced icons, extended performance history for 3 months, and faster ignition.
• If a customer is experiencing issues with a Harman pellet product with EASY Touch Control, the consumer or service technician should perform the latest software update and test the unit before replacing parts.
• Software Updates are available on the Downloads tab of all Harman EASY Touch product pages. For example, Absolute63 Pellet Stoves | Harman Stoves.
