- Volunteer Time Off: Employees can use up to 16 paid work hours annually to volunteer with partner nonprofits.
- Double Your Dollars Donation Matching: Olympus matches employee donations to qualified nonprofits dollar for dollar.
- Dollars for Doers: Olympus contributes $10 for every hour employees volunteer non-work time to qualified nonprofits.
Community Drives & Fundraising
Olympus supports people in need within communities by focusing on select nonprofit groups near corporate locations. Annual initiatives include providing school supplies and backpacks, donating to food banks, and supporting holiday gift drives.
