Important Note
Instructions are very important in the case of True Wireless earbuds. Please read this manual carefully at every step, so that you do not encounter any issues.
Product Overview
The Fire-Boltt Aero True Wireless Earbuds package includes:
- Earbuds: Two wireless earbuds designed for audio playback and calls.
- Charging Case: A portable case to store and charge the earbuds. It features a Type-C charging port.
- Silicon Ear Tips: Multiple sizes of ear tips are provided for optimal fit, comfort, and sound isolation.
Key features on the earbuds include:
- Indicator Light: Shows charging status or pairing mode.
- Vent Holes: Designed for acoustic performance.
- Touch Controls: Capacitive touch areas on each earbud for managing music, calls, and voice assistants.
- Charging Points: Magnetic connectors on each earbud that align with the charging pins in the case.
Getting Started
First Time User
- It is recommended to fully charge the earbuds and charging case before first use.
- Place both earbuds in the charging case. Connect the supplied Type-C cable to the charging case and a USB-A (5V/1A) power adapter.
- Use the correct silicon ear tips (supplied in the box) for the best sound effect and comfort.
Power ON/OFF (Auto Mode)
- Power ON: Open the charging case flap. Take the earbuds out of the case. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- Power OFF: Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the flap.
Note: Earbuds will go into standby mode automatically if no signal is detected for more than 5 minutes from a playback device. They will automatically shut down if not connected for 3 minutes. After connection, if there is no operation for 30 seconds, they will enter standby mode. Low battery alert sound: 3.4V, low battery automatic shutdown: 3.0V, low battery alert cycle: 2 minutes.
Power ON/OFF (Manual Mode)
- Power ON: When in OFF mode (or if earbuds have been out of the charging case for a long time), touch and hold one earbud for 5 seconds. Repeat for the other earbud. Once both earbuds are "ON", they will connect to each other and enter pairing mode (follow Pairing & Connect) or connect to an already paired device.
- Power OFF: When in "ON" mode, touch and hold either earbud for 5 seconds. The earbud will switch off.
Pairing & Connect
- Open the charging case flap. The earbuds will connect to each other and enter pairing mode automatically.
- Start Bluetooth on your playback device.
- Enter "Pair New Device" on your playback device.
- Check and select "Fire Pods Ninja Pro 401" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, remove the earbuds from the charging case to start enjoying your Fire Pods Ninja Pro 401.
Note: Once paired, the earbuds will connect automatically as soon as they come within the recommended Bluetooth range of the paired playback device with Bluetooth turned ON.
Touch Controls
Music Control
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Volume UP: Triple tap the right earbud.
- Volume Down: Triple tap the left earbud.
Call Control
- Answer Call: Single tap on either earbud while an incoming call is received.
- End Call: Single tap on either earbud while an ongoing call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud while an incoming call is received.
Voice Assistant
- Activate Voice Assistant: Touch and hold either earbud.
Charging Procedure & LED Indicators
Earbuds Charging
Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the flap/cover. A green light blinks once on the charging case to indicate charging has started.
Charging Case Charging
Connect the supplied Type-C cable to the charging case and any USB-A (DC5V/1A) power adapter.
LED Indicator Status
- Low Battery (Case): Orange light comes ON and goes OFF in 3 seconds.
- Charging ON (Case): Constant Orange light ON (when connected to power supply).
- Fully Charged (Case): Green light slowly blinks once and then goes OFF (when connected to power supply).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- Q: Only a single earbud has sound, or the earbuds are out of sync during music listening or calls?
- A: Delete the earbud name from your device's Bluetooth settings and turn off Bluetooth. Place the earbuds back into the charging case, then re-pair them.
- Q: How to know the power of the charging case?
- A: Open and close the charging case flap. Check the LED light on the case. If it shows orange, it indicates low battery, and the device needs charging.
- Q: The charging case is not charging the earbuds?
- A: Ensure the charging case has sufficient power. Please follow the charging procedure outlined in this manual.
- Q: The charging case is not getting charged?
- A: It is recommended to use the supplied Type-C charging cable for charging the case. Try replacing the charging cable or the USB power adapter (recommended: DC5V/1A).
