The Switchmaster allows one to control up to 6 electronic devices through Wallas Remote- mobile application; 4 on/off devices and 2 slider-controlled devices. These devices can be lights, fridge etc. The Switchmaster can be controlled from the Wallas Remote- mobile application. This means the Switchmaster can be controlled locally from ones phone or from anywhere via internet. The Switchmaster can be used to extend the abilities of a Wallas heating system. Once the Switchmaster is connected to the system via RJ12/45-cable, the application will automatically open a new tab. In this tab one can find the four on/off-switches and two slider controls. These can be configured from the 'Configure'button. On/Off- buttons names can be changed according to the use, the function can't be changed Slider control have options to configure the output to: Fan Output Allows the control of fan speed control 0 - 100% Servo Allows to turn servo-controlled 3-way air valve (3473, 2473) either on the heaters intake or hot air side to direct the airflow to it's desired target. One can manually set the position of the flap, for example to push air to the windshield or to suck fresh air from the outside. Target Temperature Used with Wallas Matrix Heaters, (7300, 7400) with target temperature. The Matrix heaters' fans will be automatically controlled to reach the set target temperature in a room. Thermo Servo Used with servo-controlled 3-way air valve (3473, 2473) to divide the warm air flow between two areas. This function will balance the air flow according to individual temperature of then area. For example; One air duct can provide even 20°C to two different size cabins in a boat. As the smaller cabin heats up faster than the bigger one, this function turn the air valve to push more warm air to the bigger cabin. This can be achieved by using the two wired temperature sensors xxxxxx Intake Selector Allows to use the servo-controlled 3-way air valve (3473, 2473) when it is installed in the intake duct. The intake selector is automated to switch between outside air and inside air depending on the outside air temperature. This temperature can be determined in the application. In this case to have the valve functioning properly, the no. 1 temperature sensor must be installed before the intake selector to the intake duct. This can also be achieved by operating the selector on Servo-mode, which allows one to determinate manually the flaps position. - 4 - - 5 - - 6 - Remote Switch Board - Operation description - 7 - Electrical connections 1-3 4 5 - 7 8 - 9 10 11 Temperature sensors RJ 12/45 2,5A on/off switches Slider control / matrix heater control 12 V in (Brown +, Yellow -) 15A on/off switch - 8 - Temperature sensors 2 and 3 are used for room temperature measurement. The valves take only two spots on the Switchmaster, leaving four on/off switches free for example fridge, search light and running lights. - 11 - Installation - Water Heating System With the waterheaters and Switchmaster one can control two Servo controlled Y-valves to direct either the intake air or the flow of hot air. The valves take only two spots on the Switchmaster, leaving four on/off switches free for example fridge, search light and running lights. This schematic shows the connections in water heating system. With the Switchmaster one can create three separately controlled heating zones. The temperature sensor leading to the Switchmaster control the heat output of Room 2 and Room 3 Matrix heaters. Room 1 is controlled with the heater and the Bluetooth sensor. - 12 - - 13 - Warranty terms Wallas-Marin Oy (the "Manufacturer") warrants their heaters, stoves, and ovens (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"), against defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years or 2,000 operating hours in normal use (whichever comes first) effective at the time of sale to the Original End-User under the conditions provided herein.
