LeArm Assembly Instruction

This Assembly Instruction is designed to help you quickly understand the product structure and precautions. In order to ensure the stable operation of the body, please recognize the screws, nuts, and other accessories models during the installation process.

Step 1: Base Assembly

Attach the Multifunctional Brackets to the Rotating Disk Base using M2*6 Machine Screws and M2 Screw Nuts.

Step 2: Lower Arm Assembly

Connect the first layer of the robotic arm structure using M4*20 Machine Screws and M4 Screw Nuts, attaching it to the base assembly.

Step 3: Servo Mounting (Layer 1)

Mount the LFD-06 Digital Servos onto the assembled structure using M4*35 Machine Screws and M4 Screw Nuts.

Step 4: Second Layer Assembly

Assemble the second layer of the robotic arm using M4*8 Machine Screws and M4 Screw Nuts, connecting the brass standoffs.

Step 5: Servo Mounting (Layer 2)

Mount the LDX-218 Digital Servos onto the second layer structure using M4*15 Brass Standoffs and M4*40+6mm Brass Standoffs.

Step 6: Third Layer Assembly

Connect the third layer of the robotic arm using M4*8 Machine Screws and M4 Screw Nuts.

Step 7: Servo Mounting (Layer 3)

Mount the LDX-218 Digital Servo using M3*6 Machine Screws.

Step 8: Gripper Assembly Preparation

Prepare the gripper assembly using ST2.2*5mm Self-Tapping Screws.

Step 9: Arm Structure Assembly

Assemble the arm structure using M3 Screw Nuts and ST2.2*5mm Self-Tapping Screws.

Step 10: Servo and Structure Connection

Connect servos and arm structure using M3*8 Flat Head Machine Screws and ST2.2*5mm Self-Tapping Screws.

Step 11: Further Arm Assembly

Continue assembling the arm structure using M2*6 Machine Screws and M2 Screw Nuts.

Step 12: Gripper Servo Mounting

Mount the gripper servo using ST2.2*5mm Self-Tapping Screws.

Step 13: Gripper Attachment

Attach the gripper assembly using M3*10 Flat Head Machine Screw, M3 Cup Bearing, and M3 Screw Nut.

Step 14: Final Arm Structure

Complete the arm structure assembly using M3*8 Flat Head Machine Screws and M3 Screw Nuts.

Step 15: Servo Mounting (End Effector)

Mount the final servo using M4*8 Machine Screws and M4 Screw Nuts.

Step 16: Controller Connection Preparation

Prepare for controller connection using ST2.2*5mm Self-Tapping Screws and ST3*6mm Self-Tapping Screws.

Step 17: Servo Wiring

Connect servos using M3*6 Machine Screws.

Step 18: Standoff Installation

Install nylon standoffs using M3*15 Nylon Standoffs and M3*6 Machine Screws.

Step 19: Final Servo Mounting

Mount the final servos using M3*8 Flat Head Machine Screws and M3*8 Nylon Standoffs.

Step 20: Base Attachment

Attach the base components using M4*8 Brass Standoffs and M4 Screw Nuts.

Step 21: Connect Servo Cable & Controller

Connect servo cables to the controller as indicated.

Step 22: Assembly Completed

The LeArm robotic arm assembly is now complete.
