- Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and level surface. Do not place the appliance on heat-resistant surfaces.
- Place the basket correctly in the cooking basket.
- Insert the basket into the appliance. Note: Insert the cooking basket into the appliance correctly, otherwise the fryer will not work.
- Pull out the main cord and plug it into a grounded outlet. Do not fill the cooking basket with oil or other liquid. Do not place anything on top of the appliance. Do not place anything in the air inlet on both sides of the appliance, as this interrupts the airflow and affects the hot air frying result.
Mode of Use
The air fryer is ideal for preparing various types of food. Consult the "Settings" section of the following table.
Hot Air Frying
- Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
- Carefully remove the cooking basket from the fryer.
- Place the food in the basket. Note: Never fill the basket completely or exceed the recommended amount (see "Settings" section of this chapter), as this may affect the quality of the final result.
- Reinsert the cooking basket into the fryer correctly. Never use the cooking basket without the basket. The appliance will not work if the cooking basket is not correctly secured in the fryer.
Caution: Do not touch the cooking basket during and after use, as it is very hot. Use only the handle of the cooking basket to hold it.
Note: If you remove the basket during cooking, the appliance will automatically shut off (the timer will continue to run).
- Turn the temperature control knob to the desired temperature. Consult the "Settings" section of this chapter to select the appropriate temperature.
- Select the necessary preparation time for the food (consult the "Settings" section of this chapter).
- To turn on the appliance, turn the timer knob to the required preparation time.
Add 3 minutes to the preparation time when the appliance is cold.
Note: If desired, you can also preheat the appliance without any food inside. In this case, turn the timer knob to more than 3 minutes and wait until the heating light turns off (after approximately 3 minutes). Then, fill the basket and turn the timer knob to the desired preparation time.
- a. The power and heating lights will turn on.
- b. The timer will start counting down the selected preparation time.
- c. During the hot air frying process, the heating light will turn on and off from time to time. This indicates that the heating element is cycling on and off to maintain the selected temperature.
- d. Excess oil from the food will be stored at the bottom of the cooking basket.
8. Some foods need to be mixed halfway through the preparation time (see "Settings" section of this chapter). To mix the food, remove the cooking basket from the appliance by holding the handle and then shake it. Then reinsert the cooking basket into the fryer and continue cooking.
Caution: Do not press the handle button while mixing.
Tips:
- To reduce weight, you can remove the basket from the drawer and shake the basket only. To do this, remove the basket from the appliance, place it on a heat-resistant surface, and press the handle button.
- If you set the timer to half the preparation time, you will hear the timer bell when you need to mix the food. This means you need to reset the timer to the remaining preparation time after mixing.
- If you set the timer to the full preparation time, you will not hear the timer bell during cooking before it finishes, so you can remove the basket at any time to check the cooking status of the food. When you remove the basket, the appliance will automatically shut off and resume once you reinsert the basket. (The timer will continue to run on the selected program).
- When you hear the timer bell, it means the selected preparation time has elapsed. Remove the basket from the appliance and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Note: You can also turn off the appliance manually. To do this, turn the temperature control knob to 0, or remove the basket directly.
- Check if the food is ready. If the food is not yet ready, simply reinsert the basket into the appliance and set the timer for a few additional minutes.
- To remove small items (e.g., french fries), press the basket release button and remove the basket.
Do not place the basket upside down with the drawer still attached, as any excess oil accumulated in the bottom of the drawer will drip onto the food.
After hot air frying, the basket and food will be hot, so avoid touching them. Depending on the type of food being cooked in the fryer, steam may escape from the basket.
After hot air frying, the basket and the metal inner lid will be hot, so avoid touching them.
12. Empty the food from the basket into a bowl or onto a plate. Tips: To remove large or fragile food items, use a pair of tongs.
13. Once a portion of food is prepared, the fryer is ready to prepare another portion instantly.
Settings
The following table will help you select the basic settings for the food you wish to prepare. Note: Please note that these settings are only indicative. It is not possible to guarantee that the settings are suitable for all foods, as their origin, size, shape, and brand may vary.
As rapid air technology immediately reheats the air inside the fryer, if the basket is removed during use for a short period, the hot air frying process will not be affected.
Tips
- Smaller foods require a shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.
- Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the preparation time optimizes the final result and can help prevent unevenly fried ingredients.
- Add a little oil to fresh potatoes and fry them for a few minutes for a crispier result. Fry the ingredients in the fryer for a few minutes after adding the oil.
- Do not use the fryer to prepare extremely fatty foods, such as sausages.
- Oven-ready snacks can also be prepared in the fryer.
- The optimal amount for preparing french fries is 500 grams.
- Use pre-made dough to make snacks quickly and easily. Pre-made dough requires a shorter preparation time than homemade dough.
- Place a mold or baking dish inside the fryer basket to bake a cake or quiche, as well as to fry fragile or stuffed foods.
- You can also use the fryer to reheat food. To reheat food, select a temperature of 302 °F for a maximum of 10 minutes.

- Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks (0.6 cm or 1.27 cm wide).
- Wash the cut potatoes and dry them with paper towels.
- Pour 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil into a bowl, add the cut potatoes and mix until they are coated with oil.
- Remove the cut potatoes from the bowl and place them in the basket. Note: Do not tilt the bowl to empty all the cut potatoes at once into the basket, to prevent excess oil from ending up in the bottom of the basket.
- Fry the potatoes according to the instructions in this chapter.
Cleaning
Clean the fryer after each use. Do not touch the hot metal inside as you may get burned. Allow the fryer to cool before cleaning.
Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean the basket or drawer, as this could damage the non-stick coating.
- Unplug the fryer and let it cool. Note: Remove the basket to allow the fryer to cool faster.
- Clean the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth and a little dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge. Note: The basket is dishwasher safe.
