ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

BEFORE ASSEMBLY

  1. Please CAREFULLY READ all instructions BEFORE STARTING THE ASSEMBLY of the Automatic Side Louver Opener.
  2. Carry out the steps in the order set out in the instructions.
  3. Close the louvre. Press upwards to ensure louvre blades are fully closed. If necessary, adjust the position of the louvre opener to ensure that the louvre blades are fully closed.
  4. Tighten the two screws just enough to hold the louver control opener firmly in place and to ensure it does not slip. Do not overtighten.
  5. It is necessary to cool the cylinder before fitting.
  6. Fit the adjusting screw into the end of the cylinder.

During assembly, you will encounter different icons for different products. Please see below for more information:

DETAILED ASSEMBLY STEPS

Section 1: Suitable for HARMONY / HYBRID / MYTHOS / GLORY / OCTAVE / BALANCE / ESSENCE / AMERICANA

  1. Step 1: Shows a cylinder being placed in a cooling container (e.g., ice bath) for approximately 30 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Illustrates attaching a bracket to the louver window frame using screws (parts 423, 421, 428). The bracket is positioned on the frame.
  3. Step 3: Depicts mounting the main opener mechanism onto the previously attached bracket. This step includes an icon indicating the installer should be inside the greenhouse (?). Screws are used for attachment.
  4. Step 4: Shows securing the main opener mechanism firmly to the bracket with screws (part 428).
  5. Step 5: Illustrates attaching a bracket to the louver blade itself, using screws.
  6. Step 6: Shows connecting the arm of the opener mechanism to the bracket that is attached to the louver blade.
  7. Step 7: Depicts securing the connection between the opener arm and the louver bracket with a screw.
  8. Step 8: Shows attaching the cylinder unit to the main opener mechanism using screws (parts 423, 421).
  9. Step 9: Illustrates closing the louver blades completely by pushing them upwards. An arrow indicates the direction of movement. A checkmark symbol (✔️) confirms the blades are fully closed.
  10. Step 10: Shows fitting the adjusting screw into the end of the cylinder.
  11. Step 11: Demonstrates the manual override and temperature adjustment. The arm is pulled down to release pressure, and the adjusting screw is turned. Icons indicate temperature settings (❄️ for cold, ? for night/lower temperature).

Section 3: Suitable for GRAND GARDENER / PRESTIGE / HOBBY GARDENER / ECO GROW

  1. Step 1: Similar to Section 1, Step 1: Cylinder cooling for 30 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Attaching a bracket to the louver window frame with screws (parts 423, 428) and a specific part (8766).
  3. Step 3: Mounting the main opener mechanism to the bracket. Includes the installer inside icon (?) and a 4mm drill bit symbol.
  4. Step 4: Securing the opener mechanism with screws (parts 423, 428) and part 8766.
  5. Step 5: Attaching a bracket to the louver blade with screws.
  6. Step 6: Connecting the opener arm to the louver blade bracket.
  7. Step 7: Shows securing the connection with screws. Includes a 'X' symbol (likely indicating incorrect method) and a warning symbol (!).
  8. Step 8: Attaching the cylinder unit to the main opener mechanism with screws.
  9. Step 9: Shows drilling a 4mm hole and attaching parts (428, 423) to the louver frame.
  10. Step 10: Attaching the opener mechanism to the louver frame with screws.

  3. Step 3: Mounting the main opener mechanism to the bracket. Includes the installer inside icon (?).
  4. Step 4: Shows drilling a 4mm hole and attaching parts to the louver frame.
  5. Step 5: Attaching a bracket to the louver blade with screws.
  6. Step 6: Connecting the opener arm to the louver blade bracket.
  7. Step 7: Depicts closing the louver blades and confirming they are fully closed (✔️).
  8. Step 8: Shows drilling a 4mm hole and attaching the opener mechanism to the frame.
  9. Step 9: Shows attaching the cylinder unit to the main opener mechanism using screws (parts 428, 423).
