Troubleshooting - Wireless Microphone Interference:
Q: Why does the wireless microphone cut in and out during use?
A: This is likely due to interference on the current frequency. Briefly press the "Power Key" on the handheld microphone 3-4 times to switch to another frequency and resolve the issue.
Feedback or Howling:
- Avoid pointing the handheld microphone directly at the speaker.
- In smaller spaces, reduce the volume to prevent feedback or howling.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: The switch is on, but there is no sound.
A1: If the screen light is off, the power is low. Charge the device.
A2: If the volume is at minimum, adjust it to an appropriate level.
A3: Check if the mute button has been pressed. Press it again to resume sound.
Q: The microphone is paired, but there is no sound output.
A: Ensure the MIC.VOL on the speaker is turned up. Rotate it clockwise.
Q: The battery indicator shows only one bar after several hours of charging.
A: Use a charger with an output of 5V-3A. Chargers with lower output charge the device slowly.
Q: What should be paid attention to when switching sound effects?
A: For Professional, Pop, and Hip-Hop modes, turn on the echo knob to enhance the effect. In Acoustic mode, the echo is automatically turned off.

Controls:
- INSTRUMENT VOLUME: Controls instrument volume. Rotate clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease.
- ECHO.VOL: Controls reverb volume. Rotate clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease.
- MIC.VOL: Controls microphone volume. Rotate clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease.
- MON.VOL: Controls monitor volume. Rotate clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease.
- VOLUME: Master Volume control.
Modes:
The S100 Pro offers four sound modes: Acoustic, Professional, Pop, and Hip-Hop. In Acoustic mode, Echo is turned off. To switch modes, press the Mic icon on the speaker or the handheld microphone. Use the Echo button to adjust reverb intensity.

Handheld Microphone:

Connectivity and Pairing:
Microphone and Speaker Auto Pairing:
The microphone and speaker automatically pair when powered on.
Manually Pairing Handheld and Speaker:
- Turn on the speaker. Short press the 'M' key to switch to UHF mode (voice prompt: "UHF Mode").
- Long press the 'M' key for about 3 seconds until "UHF" flashes on the display (voice prompt: "UHF is waiting for pairing").
- Turn on the handheld microphone. Simultaneously press the "+" and "-" buttons until "UHF" stops flashing and you hear "UHF paired".
- Pairing is successful. Repeat for the other microphone.
Bluetooth Pairing:
- Short press the 'M' key on the speaker to switch to Bluetooth mode (display flashes "BLUE", voice prompt: "Bluetooth Mode").
- On your Bluetooth device, search for "S100 Pro" and pair. The "BLUE" display will stop flashing, and you will hear "Bluetooth paired".
Note: In Bluetooth mode, short pressing the speaker's 'M' key disconnects Bluetooth. To use the wireless microphone and Bluetooth audio simultaneously, connect the microphone first, then the Bluetooth device.
Playback Controls (USB/TF Card):
- Previous Track: Short press. Long press does not support fast rewind.
- Next Track: Short press. Long press does not support fast forward.
- Pause/Play: Short press.
- Loop: Short press to switch between single loop and all loop.
Speaker Charging Status:
Charging takes approximately 5 hours with a 5V/3A charger. Battery indicator lights flash while charging and stop flashing when fully charged.
Handheld Microphone Charging Status:
Charging takes approximately 2 hours with a 5V/2A charger. The red charging light remains steady and turns off when fully charged.
