Getting Started: Connecting Your Smart Watch

A: Connecting via the "GloryFit" APP

  1. Download the "GloryFit" APP from Google Play or the APP Store.
  2. Turn on the "Bluetooth" function on your phone.
  3. Open the "GloryFit" APP and tap "Please connect device".
  4. Tap "Select device", then find and select "T70" to bind your watch.

Appearance Description

The Smart Sport Watch T70 features a short and long watchband for comfortable wear. Key components include:

  • Side Button: Controls functions such as power on/off, return, Do Not Disturb mode, brightness adjustment, search function, call Bluetooth switch, theme mode switch, and settings.
  • Full-screen Touch Area: For interactive control and navigation.
  • Green Light Sensor: Used for health monitoring.
  • Thimble Contacts: For charging the device.

B: Enabling the Answer/Call Function

  1. After selecting "T70" to connect, a system pop-up pairing request will appear. Select "pairing".
  2. Turn on the call Bluetooth switch on your watch. This is necessary for making calls and playing media sound through the watch.
  3. In your phone's Bluetooth settings, ensure the necessary permissions for "T70" are enabled.
  4. Once connected, you can use your watch to answer and make calls anytime.

Note: If you do not need to use the call function, you can turn off the answer/call function to conserve battery life.

Schematic Diagram of Charging

The charging setup involves the watch, a magnetic charging cable, and a USB port. To charge, align the magnetic contacts on the cable with the charging contacts on the back of the watch.

  1. Use the product-specific magnetic charging cable provided.
  2. Do not use a power adapter with a voltage exceeding 5V or an output current exceeding 1A, as this may cause charging failure or damage to the cable/device.
  3. If the watch is completely out of power, activate it by charging for approximately 5 minutes before the screen lights up.

Introduction to Watch Functions

  • Main Interface: Displays current time, date, steps, and other watch information. Press and hold the main interface to switch between different watch faces.
  • Call Function: Tap the call switch. To play mobile music or make/receive calls, open phone settings > Bluetooth > search and connect to "T70-xxxx".
  • Steps: Displays current steps, distance, and calories burned.
  • Heart Rate: Slide to this page, wait a moment, and the watch will automatically measure your real-time dynamic heart rate. Connect to the APP to set real-time monitoring and view data records.
  • Blood Oxygen: Slide to this page, wait a moment, and the watch will automatically measure your current blood oxygen data and vibrate to indicate the result.
  • Exercise: Tap this icon to access multiple sport modes. Select a mode, tap the icon to start, and slide right to pause or stop the activity.
  • Sleep: The watch records and displays your sleeping time, including deep and light sleep. More detailed data can be viewed synchronously in the GloryFit APP.
  • Weather: Displays local weather conditions. Ensure the GloryFit APP is synchronized and phone GPS is enabled for accurate positioning.
  • Message: The watch can receive calls, SMS, QQ, WeChat, and other notification alerts. Configure message alerts and push switches in the APP. The watch can store up to 8 message records. This function requires a continuous connection to your phone and appropriate APP permissions.
  • Music: After connecting to the APP, the watch can control your mobile phone's music player (play/pause, previous/next song). This function requires the mobile phone player to be open and notification push permission enabled.
  • Stopwatch: Tap the icon to start, pause, or reset the timer. Slide right to exit.
  • Search: Tap this icon to make your phone beep, helping you locate it. This function requires your phone to be connected to the watch APP. No alert will sound on the phone in silent mode.
  • Setting: Tap the icon to access settings. Slide left and right to adjust brightness, perform a factory data reset, power off the watch, and view watch information.

Watch APP Installation and Connection Instructions

As a Bluetooth product, most of the functions of this product, such as time display, call alerts, and message alerts, require connection to a special APP. For Android phones, avoid connecting directly via Bluetooth; instead, scan the QR code (not included here) or search in app markets for "GloryFit".

Device Connection

Before using the APP, ensure your phone's Bluetooth and GPS positioning are enabled and permissions granted. Upon successful connection, you will see "To pair with: T70". Select "pairing".

The watch connection operates as follows:

  1. Open the APP and make settings according to the prompt.
  2. Tap "Select Device" to search.
  3. Select the name of the searched Bluetooth: "T70".
  4. "Connection succeeded" will be displayed.

Note for Android users: The APP must obtain necessary permissions and run in the background for optimal user experience.

Note for iPhone iOS 13 and below: After connecting in the APP, you need to connect to "T70" a second time in your phone's Bluetooth settings to enable calls, multimedia music, and other functions.

Precautions

  • Do not charge the watch if it has water stains.
  • This product is an electronic monitoring device, not for medical use. Measurement data is for reference only.
  • It is not recommended to wear the watch in hot water baths or during prolonged swimming.
  • Always charge with the matching charging cable.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Problems such as the watch not being found in the APP, or the watch not synchronizing with phone time.

Answer:

  • A. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth and GPS positioning are on before first use.
  • B. Grant positioning permission to the APP (Phone Settings > Applications).
  • C. If the watch was previously paired with Bluetooth, cancel that pairing first, then search for connection in the APP.
  • D. If the watch has been unused for a long time, Bluetooth may enter a dormant state. Turn off and re-enable Bluetooth on both watch and phone after about 1 minute, then try searching again in the APP.
  • E. The watch must be connected to the APP for steps, sleep, time, and other functions to work properly.
2. There is no alert function on the watch.

Answer:

  • For first-time Android users: Follow the on-screen prompts, or enable the information reminder function in the APP and grant APP notification permissions.
  • For Apple users: After connecting to the APP, allow pairing when prompted and enable the switch for the desired application reminders in the APP. Also, enable "Notification Center" for the application via Phone Settings > Notification.
3. The reminder switch is on, but there is no reminder on the watch, or reminders are sporadic.

Answer: If phone message notifications and corresponding permissions are enabled, Bluetooth is on, and the APP and watch are connected, but system-authorized APP alerts are not working, re-check the message push function.

4. Android phone Bluetooth often disconnects or has no message alert after a period of connection.

Answer: Android systems may clean up background applications or power-consuming apps. If the APP is not set to allow background running, it may be closed by the system, causing Bluetooth disconnection. Different Android phones have varying methods for background running settings. For example, on Huawei nova 8 SE: Settings > Battery > Power Consumption Ranking > APP > Application Launch Management > Manually manage to enable background running.
