Important Tips:

Charging Process:
- Connect the USB cable from the charging base to an AC adapter.
- Place the watch correctly into the charging base. You will hear a spoken confirmation: "Your watch is charging".
- Fully charge the battery daily for approximately 2 hours, or when the battery is low.
5 Functions and Basic Settings
When the watch is turned on, slide left or right to view available functions: Watch Face, Weather, Heart Rate, Contact, Steps, and Settings.
- Watch Face: At the watch face, you can see the time, date, heart rate, and steps. There are two watch faces available. To change, slide right to the end, click Settings, select Watch Face, and choose your preferred option by sliding left or right.
6 Making a phone call
Contact: Slide right to enter the Contact interface. Select a contact person and make a call.
7 Steps
Step counter: Slide right to enter the Steps interface. Step counting is enabled by default and operates all day. You can also view distance traveled and calories consumed.
8 Heart Rate Measurement
Heart rate: Wear the watch on your left hand and click "Heart Rate". After a few seconds of checking, the screen will display your heart rate in BPM (Beats Per Minute).
9 Activating an SOS Alarm
There are two ways to activate the SOS alarm:
- Press the side button for 3 seconds until the watch vibrates. [SOS]
- When the screen is on, long-press the screen for 3 seconds until the watch vibrates. [SOS]
SOS Alarm Process:
- After activation, you will hear a voice prompt confirming the SOS alert. You have approximately 10 seconds to cancel the alarm.
- If not cancelled, an SOS alert text message is sent to emergency contact numbers, followed by outgoing calls.
- If the watch fails to connect to the first number, it will call the second number after a 10-second delay, and so on.
- A 10-second delay occurs between each call, during which the user can stop the sequence or prevent a false alarm by pressing the SOS button.
10 Notes on Voicemail
Emergency contacts are advised to switch off any voicemail facility on their phones to prevent delays in reaching help. Safeguards are in place if voicemail is reached:
- The wearer can end the current call by clicking the SOS button, and the calling sequence will continue if voicemail does not automatically disconnect.
- An emergency contact can call back to the watch if disconnected. Note that the watch may be calling the next contact unless the sequence is stopped.
11 Fall Alarm
The watch can automatically detect a fall. When a fall is detected, the watch will display a warning message to the user.
Cancelling a Fall Alarm: Some daily activities, like sports or sitting down abruptly, might trigger the fall alarm. The wearer has a short time to cancel a fall alarm by clicking "Cancel" on the watch. If not cancelled, emergency contacts will be called.
Important Tip: The watch may not detect every real fall. Wearers are strongly advised to press the SOS button in any emergency situation if they are able.
12 Getting a GPS fix
To get an initial GPS fix, go outdoors or near a window so the watch can connect to satellites. This may take a few minutes depending on your environment.
GPS Tips:
- GPS functionality may be unavailable or inaccurate in certain locations (e.g., inside buildings, near tall buildings, or underground).
- The watch also provides Wi-Fi and LBS positioning. When GPS is unavailable, it will switch to Wi-Fi and LBS for locating.
- Home Wi-Fi and beacons provide location information and optimize battery life.
- Wi-Fi and LBS tracking services are not 100% accurate and can only approximate your location.
