Stelrad Radiator Section
K1 & K2 Softline Compact Radiators
Featuring gently curved top grille and end panels, the Stelrad Softline Radiator is a next-generation compact radiator. Available in heights of 8", 12", 18", 24", and 28", with lengths from 16" to 120". Most items are stocked with wall brackets, hardware, and installation instructions. Each radiator has a 1/2" BSP connection, is powder coated white (RAL 9016), and carries a ten-year warranty. Valves are sold separately.
Installation Notes:
- All Stelrad radiators must be installed on a closed system for warranty validity.
- Heating PEX must be used, not potable water PEX.
- Applies to all models.
- All K1 and K2 radiators have a 1/2" BSP connection.

S1 & S2 Style Radiators
The Style Radiator offers a modern, sleek design and excellent value, providing exceptional BTU output. Available in four popular heights and a wide selection of lengths, in single or double panel configurations. Finished in powder-coated white, each radiator includes a hardware pack and wall brackets. Valves are sold separately. A ten-year warranty applies to all horizontal Style Radiators.

Delivery typically takes seven to ten days. All Style Radiator orders are subject to an automatic 25% restocking fee, and a 50% restocking fee after 30 days.

Classic Column Radiators
Available in three heights and with three or four bars, in various lengths. The last numbers in the part# indicate the number of sections, not the finished length in inches. Each radiator includes wall brackets and a hardware pack. Floor brackets are available separately (Part # V-CLFS, page 29). Columns require a 1/2" BSP connection; valves are sold separately. Warranty is 5 years.
Not suitable for Glycol systems.

Calculating Existing Cast Iron Radiator Output
To determine the heat output of a cast iron radiator, follow these steps:
- Calculate the square footage of one section: Measure height and width, then find the square feet in Chart #1 (Column) or Chart #2 (Tube).
- Multiply the section's square footage by the number of sections to get the total square foot of radiation.
- Multiply the total square footage by the BTU output per square foot (from Chart #3) based on the heating supply temperature. Note: For houses with all cast iron radiators, supply temperature typically does not exceed 140°F (90 BTU/sq ft output).
