Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps for assembling the KMINA PRO Commode Toilet Chair:
- Brake Activation: Lift the lock rocker to engage the brakes, preventing frame movement during assembly. To release, tread the lever.
- Backrest and Armrests: Unscrew the locking screws on the frame. Insert the backrest tubes into the frame and retighten the screws. Fold the armrests down into the position for use.
- Seat Installation: Align the seat's recess with the rear crossbar of the frame. Press the seat firmly down into the frame until it clicks securely into place, ensuring all clips engage.
- Legrest Attachment: Hook the legrests into the designated tubes and swivel them forward. The legrest lock lever can be used to secure them in an open position or allow for easy removal.
- Legrest Height Adjustment: Unscrew the connection at the rear of the legrest tube. Adjust the foot plate to the correct height, ensuring the user's legs form a 45-degree angle when their feet are placed on it. Retighten the screws. The foot plates can be raised for easier exit from the chair.
Usage Instructions
The KMINA PRO can be used in three primary ways:
1. Using with a Bucket
Before Use: Engage the locking brakes. Remove the hygiene cutout from the seat. Place the bucket (without lid) under the seat and push it from behind until it locks into place.
After Use: Pull the bucket out from the rear to empty it. Place the lid on the bucket. Clean the bucket as described in the "Cleaning and Care" section.
2. Using with a Conventional WC
Before use, ensure your toilet height is less than the maximum allowed height (refer to specifications). Pull the bucket out from the rear. Remove the hygiene cutout. Open the toilet lid. Position the chair over the toilet and engage the locking brakes.
3. Using in the Shower
Engage the locking brakes. Remove the toilet bucket and pull it out from the rear. Remove the hygiene cutout for easier personal care and cleaning. Important: Do not place the bucket while the user is seated.
