Compatibility and Performance
Host Device Compatibility
The TS5 is compatible with a range of host devices, including Thunderbolt 5, Thunderbolt 4, and USB4 (v2) enabled computers. It also supports Thunderbolt 3 Macs. Note that Thunderbolt 3 PCs are not supported, and users with Thunderbolt 4 (40Gb/s) or earlier may experience some functional limitations. Ethernet connectivity requires a Thunderbolt-based host or a USB4 host that supports PCIe.
