1. Introduction
This document provides original instructions for the Digital Torque Wrench. Please read all manual instructions carefully before operating. VEVOR reserves the right to interpret its user manual. The appearance of the product is subject to the unit received. VEVOR will not provide advance notification for technology or software updates.
2. Maintenance and Safety
⚠️ WARNING! This product is a high-precision instrument. Read this material before use. SAVE THIS MANUAL.
- 2.1 For optimal accuracy, use within 105% of the maximum torque range.
- 2.2 Excessive torque can cause damage or loss of accuracy (exceeding 105% of the maximum torque range).
- 2.3 Do not bump or drop the digital display torque wrench during use.
- 2.4 Avoid placing the digital torque wrench in environments with high temperature, high humidity, or direct sunlight.
- 2.5 If the digital display torque wrench becomes wet, dry it immediately with a dry towel. Remove the battery and allow the unit to dry completely before reinserting the battery.
- 2.6 Do not strike or hit the display area with sharp, hard objects.
- 2.7 Remove the battery after prolonged periods of non-use to prevent battery leakage.
3. Description
The Digital Torque Wrench is designed for fastener tightening and disassembly torque detection, used with a sleeve tool. This product utilizes a strain gauge measurement principle and programmed data processing technology, offering accurate readings, simple operation, and portability. It features multi-mode settings, sound alarms, vibration reminders, light prompts, and reversible adjustable functions. It is widely used in aviation, aerospace, ships, cars, and home applications, serving as a tool to ensure and improve assembly quality.

5. Display and Key Description
The digital display includes indicators for Working mode, Serial number, Memory flag, Set torque, Maximum range, and Battery display. The keys are:
- Key Functions:
- [↑]: Preset, Add
- [↓]: Data storage, data viewing, data reduction
- [OK]: Power, Clearing, Confirm
- [M]: Mode Switch
- [U]: Unit Switch
Visual Description of Display: The display shows numerical values for torque, units (e.g., N-m), battery status, and mode indicators. Key elements like 'PRESET', 'MEM', 'PEAK', 'TRACK' are visible on the screen.
6. Usage Method
6.1. User-defined Torque Settings
- Power On: Press the [OK] key.
- Set Torque: Press the [PRESET] key. The preset marker will flicker. Press [↑] or [↓] keys to select a serial number from 0-9 groups. Press the [M] key. The settings at the top of the screen will blink. Press [↑] or [↓] keys to adjust the required torque value. Press the [OK] key to confirm the setting and enter the standby screen.
- Data Storage: During tightening, stop at the preset torque. Press the [↓] key to store the current torque (up to 500 data groups). The standby screen will be displayed automatically.
- Shutdown: Hold down the [OK] key.
6.2. Select Torque Usage from Preset Group
- Power On: Press the [OK] key.
- Select Torque: Press the [PRESET] key. The preset marker will flicker. Press [↑] or [↓] keys to select the required preset torque from 0-9 groups. Press the [OK] key to confirm the setting and enter the standby screen.
- Data Storage: During tightening, stop at the preset torque. Press the [↓] key to save the current torque (up to 500 data sets). The standby screen will be displayed automatically.
- Shutdown: Hold down the [OK] key.
7. Function Introduction
7.1. Torque Reminder Function:
- Preset torque *80%: 2-second beep + green flashing light
- Preset torque *90%: 1-second beep + yellow light flashing
- Preset torque *100%: Continuous beeping + red light flashing
7.2. Query Storage Data:
On the standby screen, long press the [↓] key. The screen will display memory data (e.g., 'PRESET MEM 001'). Single press [↑] or [↓] keys for single-page view. Long press [↑] or [↓] for 10 consecutive page turns. Press [OK] to return to the standby screen.
7.3. Data Deletion
7.3.1 Single Data Deletion:
On the standby screen, long press the [↓] key. The screen will display memory data (e.g., 'PRESET MEM 001'). Press [↑] or [↓] to select the serial number to delete. Long press [↑] or [↓] to turn pages 10 times. Press the [M] key. If 'ALL' appears, press the [U] key to select 'ONE'. Press the [M] key; if 'SUCC' appears, the deletion was successful. Press [OK] to return to the work interface.
7.3.2 Clearing All Data:
On the standby screen, long press the [↓] key. The screen will display memory data (e.g., 'PRESET MEM 001'). Press the [M] key to display 'ALL'. Press the [M] key to display 'SUCC'. Press [OK] to return to the standby screen.
7.4. Two Modes Switch:
On the standby screen, press the [M] key to switch between modes:
- [TRACK] Mode: Displays real-time torque.
- [PEAK] Mode: Displays the maximum torque achieved.
7.5. Unit Switching:
On the standby screen, press the [U] key to cycle through units: N-m, lbf-ft, lbf-in, kgf.cm, kgf.m.
3.5 Automatic Shutdown:
The device will automatically shut down after 5 minutes of inactivity in standby mode.
3.6 Low Battery Reminder:
When the battery is low, the device will automatically shut down after 5 buzzes.
8. Quick Use Guide
Press the [OK] button to power on the device. The indicator light will turn on, and the device will enter standby mode.
In standby mode, press the [M] button to switch between PEAK and TRACK modes.
Long press the [↓] arrow key; "MEM" will appear, indicating entry into data query mode.

10. Maintenance
- Ensure the torque wrench is checked or calibrated according to ENISO6789.1 after 5000 cycles or 12 months of use.
- Do not overload the wrench; exceeding the nominal maximum torque by 125% will affect accuracy.
- Do not place the digital display torque wrench in high temperature, high humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Keep the torque wrench away from dust, oil, and other contaminants at all times.
- Avoid using corrosive cleaning agents; do not immerse the torque wrench in cleaning liquid.
- Do not knock or hit the display area with sharp hard objects.
- Remove the battery to prevent leakage.
