Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Wheels Assembly
Put the following on the axle rod: engine, sleeve, wheel, cap, screw the nut and hide the tip by hooking the end cap. Repeat on each wheel.
Step 2: Chimney Installation
Place the chimney in the bodywork in the matching hole.
Step 3: Steering Wheel Connection
Connect the handlebar cables to the matching cables extending from the body. Place the steering wheel on the protruding steering column, tucking excess cable into the steering column. The steering wheel should lock into place.
Step 4: Battery Connection
Open the battery box in the compartment under the seat. Remove the plastic battery cap and color match the cables.
Step 5: Seat Installation
Install the seat first by aligning the protruding elements of the back of the seat with the corresponding recesses in the bodywork. Secure the seat with the two screws included in the kit.
Step 6: Latch Installation
Screw the latch to the bottom of the tipper in a suitable place marked with a recess.
Step 7: Tipper Installation
Place the tipper on the vehicle so that the latch fits into its recess and the recesses match the elements protruding from the body. Screw the tipper to the body with screws in the indicated places.
Step 8: Hydraulic Fittings Connection
Place the hydraulic fittings in the matching tipper sockets. Secure them with screws.
Vehicle Functions
Starting the Vehicle: To start the vehicle, toggle the vehicle start button. The vehicle will make sounds of the engine starting.
Driving Forward: Set the travel direction switch to the forward position and press the accelerator pedal. The vehicle has a slow start, so wait a few seconds for it to gain speed.
Driving Backward: Set the travel direction switch to the "backward" position. The car will stop automatically when you release the accelerator pedal.
Parental Remote Control: The vehicle can be controlled by a parent using the remote control.
Tipper Operation: To lower the tipper, unlock the lock on the left side and pull the tipper lever towards yourself. To lift the tipper, point the tipper lever towards the front of the vehicle and ensure the lock is engaged.

Remote Controller Functions
- 1. Buttons on the left side of the remote control are for forward/backward movement.
- 2. Buttons on the right side of the remote control are for turning left/right.
The vehicle will stop if there is no communication with the pilot.
NOTE: Regular batteries cannot be recharged. Remove exhausted batteries from the remote control. Rechargeable batteries are charged only under adult supervision and must be removed from the remote control before charging.
Battery Replacement in Remote Control: Unscrew the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote. Insert two AAA batteries according to the polarity markings and replace the battery compartment cover.
Battery Charging
WARNING: While charging, all vehicle functions must be turned off.
Connecting the Charger:
- Locate the power socket in the center under the seat.
- Plug the charger into a power outlet.
- Plug the charger plug into a wall socket. The battery will start charging.
Battery Charging Notes:
- Before first use, charge the batteries fully (about 10-12 hours). Never allow your child to use the AC adapter.
- Charge batteries when the car loses power. Do not charge for longer than 20 hours.
- It is normal for the adapter and batteries to get hot during charging (max 60°C).
- Never turn the car ON while charging. The POWER SWITCH must be OFF.
- Always use the supplied AC adapter and batteries.
- Charge batteries at least once a month, even if the car is not in use, to prevent full discharge and damage.
- Never short-circuit the power layout.
- PREVENT FIRE AND ELECTRIC SHOCK:
- Use only the supplied rechargeable battery and charger. NEVER substitute with another brand.
- Do not use the battery or charger for other products.
- NEVER modify the electric circuit system.
- Do not allow direct contact between battery terminals.
- Do not allow any liquid on the battery.
- Do not open the battery.
Battery Disposal
- Sealed lead-acid batteries must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
- Do not dispose of in fire, as the battery may explode or leak.
- Do not dispose of in regular household trash.
- Return exhausted batteries to an approved lead-acid battery recycling point.
- Contact local waste management officials for more information.
- The battery must be charged only by an adult.
