Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Wheels Assembly

Put the following on the axle rod: engine, sleeve, wheel, cap, screw the nut and hide the tip by hooking the end cap. Repeat on each wheel.

Step 2: Chimney Installation

Place the chimney in the bodywork in the matching hole.

Step 3: Steering Wheel Connection

Connect the handlebar cables to the matching cables extending from the body. Place the steering wheel on the protruding steering column, tucking excess cable into the steering column. The steering wheel should lock into place.

Step 4: Battery Connection

Open the battery box in the compartment under the seat. Remove the plastic battery cap and color match the cables.

Step 5: Seat Installation

Install the seat first by aligning the protruding elements of the back of the seat with the corresponding recesses in the bodywork. Secure the seat with the two screws included in the kit.

Step 6: Latch Installation

Screw the latch to the bottom of the tipper in a suitable place marked with a recess.

Step 7: Tipper Installation

Place the tipper on the vehicle so that the latch fits into its recess and the recesses match the elements protruding from the body. Screw the tipper to the body with screws in the indicated places.

Step 8: Hydraulic Fittings Connection

Place the hydraulic fittings in the matching tipper sockets. Secure them with screws.
