Safety Precautions

DANGER! 有电危险!

LED Display Indicators

  1. Green light steady: Microinverter is generating power normally.
  2. Red flash: Microinverter is in waiting mode.
  3. Red light steady: Indicates one of the following conditions:
    • Island protection
    • Over-temperature protection
    • Over/low AC voltage protection
    • Over/low DC voltage protection
    • Over/low AC frequency protection
    • Fault (hardware malfunction)

Installation Procedures

Important: Prior to installing the Microinverters, please verify that the utility voltage at the point of common grid connection matches the voltage rating on the Microinverter label.

  1. Step 1: Attaching the Microinverters to the Racking. Mark the location of the Microinverter on the rack, considering the PV module junction box or other obstructions. Mount one Microinverter at each location using hardware recommended by your module racking vendor.
  2. Step 2: Connecting the Microinverter AC cable. Connect the AC cables to the AC bus cable, ensuring correct wiring (L-BROWN, N-BLUE, G-GREEN&YELLOW). Do NOT exceed the maximum current rating of the AC bus cable.
  3. Step 3: Connecting Microinverters to the PV Module. Connect the PV modules to the Microinverters. Ensure the PV panel(s) VOC does not exceed the inverter's maximum input voltage.
  4. Step 4: Install the AC Branch Circuit Junction Box. Wire the conductors of the AC bus cable to the junction box. Connect the AC branch circuit junction box to the point of utility-grid interconnection.
  5. Step 5: Double Check Connections. Verify that all Microinverters, connectors, and cables are correctly and securely connected.
  6. Step 6: Turn ON AC Circuit Breakers. Close the AC circuit breaker for each AC branch circuit of the Microinverter.
  7. Step 7: Turn ON Main AC Circuit Breaker. Close the main AC circuit breaker of the utility-grid. The system will start producing power after a 3-second safety delay.
