What are the recommended guidelines and specifications for chargers?

Jabra recommends using the included USB charging cable or, for some products, the included AC adapter to charge your Jabra device.

If you choose to use a third-party charger, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Use a USB charger that is safety-certified for use in the country where you are located.
• Ensure the charger's plug fits properly into the wall outlet.
• Do not charge the device if the charging ports or the charger itself are wet or damaged.

Charging will proceed until the battery is fully charged. This process occurs optimally within the normal working temperature range of 0°C to 45°C. Outside of this temperature range, charging will automatically cease to protect both the battery and the product, preventing issues such as overheating.
