  4. DC Connection: Prepare the DC input terminals.
  5. Cable Connection: Connect DC cables (2.5-10 mm², CU-Wire min: 75° C/167° F) to the appropriate terminals, ensuring correct polarity.
  6. Communication Cables: Connect any necessary communication cables (e.g., LAN).
  7. Secure Covers: Ensure all covers are properly secured.
  8. Cable Glands: Install cable glands for cable entry (12 mm opening).
  9. Final Wiring: Complete all final wiring connections.

Commissioning

Follow these steps for commissioning the inverter:

  1. DC Connection: Connect the PV+ and PV- cables to the inverter terminals.
  2. DC Voltage Check: Verify the DC voltage is within the acceptable range (max 1000 VDC).
  3. PV String Connection: Connect the PV strings to the inverter.
  4. Cable Preparation: Prepare DC cables by stripping insulation (12 mm strip length, max 7 mm exposed conductor) for 4-10 mm² wires.
  5. Terminal Connection: Connect PV cables to the inverter terminals (PV1, PV2, BAT).
  6. DC Voltage Check: Re-verify DC voltage.
  7. Connector Connection: Connect DC cables using appropriate connectors (+/-).
  8. Final DC Connection: Ensure final DC connections are secure, torquing to a maximum of 1.5 Nm.

Control Panel Indicators:

  • ON: Power is on.
  • Standby: Inverter is ready but not actively producing power.
  • Connected: Successfully connected to the grid or network.
  • Uncritical Error (flashing): Minor issue detected.
  • Connecting: Attempting to establish a connection.
  • Critical Error: Major issue requiring attention.
  • Network Error: Problem with network communication.

Data Communication (Optional)

The inverter features LAN1 and LAN2 ports for data communication. Technical data for WLAN includes a frequency band of channel 1-14 (2412-2462 MHz) with radio-frequency power less than 100 mW (<20 dBm). The IP address for WLAN is 192.168.250.181, and for LAN 1 is 169.254.0.180.

I/O ports support Load Management, Demand Response Mode (DRM), and Back-up power control.
