If pump falls into the water, or otherwise becomes wet, do not reach for it until you have first unplugged it. · To prevent possible electrical shock resulting from water backsiph- oning, pump should be used with a check-valve or positioned higher than the water level. · Carefully examine appliance after installation. It should not be plugged in if there is water on parts not intended to get wet. · Do not operate appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, or if it is malfunctioning, or if it is dropped or damaged in any manner. · When removing filters, airstones or air-operated ornaments from aquarium, do not let water run into the pump. Leave pump running and prevent back-siphoning by removing the open end of the tubing from the pump nozzle and taping it to the top frame of the aquarium. · The air pump will overheat and get damaged if it cannot discharge air adequately, never close the outlets, make sure the air tube is not clogged or bent. · A G.F.C.I (Ground fault circuit interrupter) & surge protector is recommended for all electrical appliances. · A "drip loop" should be arranged by the user for each cord connecting an aquarium appliance to the receptacle. The "drip loop" is the part of the cord below the level of the receptacle, or the connector if an extension cord is used, to prevent water traveling along the cord and coming in contact with the receptacle. Package List English 1 x Air Pump 1 x Power Supply 1 x Rubber Suction Cup 1 x Air Tube 1 x Air Stone 1x Check-valve Installation · Cut the air hose into two sections and install the check valve in the middle of them. · Connect air tube to the air stone and air pump outlet. · Stick suction cup onto the reverse side of the pump, attach air pump onto outside wall of the aquarium, and locate the pump above water level to avoid any possible water counterflow. · Immerse air stone into aquarium tank. Cut a section based on required length if the air tube is too long. · Connect the power adapter to electricity socket, then air pump works. · Upon the completion of the installation, plug in, then disconnect and subsequently reconnect the air tube, repeat several times for better outcome. English Check Valve Maintenance · Regularly check the air tube is not being clogged, bent and without any air leakage. · Regularly check the air stone and check valve for any blockages, and replace them if needed. Troubleshooting 1. The pump is not working. a. Check connection to electricity. b. Check the connection of the tube to the pump and the air stone. 2. The airflow is insufficient. a. Check air tube or air stone is not being clogged, bent, or cracked. b. Check power supply voltage whether lower than recommended or not. English c. When the pump on working, if you feel the air effectiveness is not perfect, upon the completion of the installation, switch on the power, then disconnect and subsequently reconnect the air tube, repeat several times for a better outcome. 3. There is abnormal noise or cracking sound. a. The device is out of usage. b. Disconnect the pump from the power supply and contact us at support@nicrew.com. 4. The sucker does not stick to the aquarium wall. a. The surface of the aquarium wall is dirty or not smooth, the inner surface of the sucker is dirty. b. Clean the surface of the sucker and the wall of the aquarium tank. Luftschlauch auf die benötigte Länge schneiden und legen Sie den Luftschlauch über der Kante des Aquariums. · Immer oberhalb des Wasserspiegels und außerhalb des Aquariums. Dadurch wird ein möglicher Rücklauf des Wassers in die Luftpumpe verhindert. · Stecken Sie das Netzteil in die Steckdose. Die Luftpumpe schaltet sich ein. Deutsch Rückschlagventil Wartung und Pflege · Knicken oder quetschen Sie nicht den Luftschlauch. · Regelmäßig Luftstein und Rückschlagventil auf Verstopfung prüfen und bei Bedarf austauschen. · Das Gerät kann nicht repariert werden. Bei einer Fehlfunktion müssen Sie das Gerät ersetzen. Störungsbeseitigung 1. Luftpumpe läuft nicht an. a. Überprüfen Sie den Anschluss des Schlauches an die Pumpe und den Ausströmerstein. b. Luftpumpe ist defekt, ersetzen Sie die Luftpumpe. 2. Weniger Luftbläschen im Luftrohr als gewohnt. a. Überprüfen Sie den Luftschlauch auf Löcher, Knicke oder Hindernisse. b. Trennen Sie die Pumpe vom Netz und wenden Sie sich an uns. Deutsch Störungsbeseitigung 3. Luftpumpe macht Geräusche. a. Setzen Sie die Luftpumpe auf weichen Untergrund. b. Trennen Sie die Pumpe vom Netz und wenden Sie sich an uns. 4. Saugnäpfe können das Gerät nicht am Aquarium befestigen. Reinigen Sie die Aquarienoberfläche und die Innenfläche des Saugnapfs. Vérifiez que le tube à air n'est pas troué, plié ou obstrué. b. Débranchez la pompe et contactez-nous ou d'autres professionnels. 3. Y a-t-il un bruit anormal ou un craquement ? a. Cet appareil est hors d'usage. b. Débranchez la pompe de la source d'alimentation et contactez le revendeur ou le fabricant. 4. La ventouse ne se fixe pas bien sur la paroi de l'aquarium ? a. La surface de l'aquarium n'est pas lisse ou sale, ou la surface inté- rieure de la ventouse est sale. b. Nettoyez la surface de l'aquarium et la surface de la ventouse. Knip de luchtslang op de gewenste lengte en leg de luchtslang over de rand van het aquarium. · Altijd boven het waterniveau en buiten het aquarium. Dit voorkomt dat het water terugstroomt in de luchtpomp. · Steek de stekker in het stopcontact. De luchtpomp schakelt in. Terugslagklep Nederlands Onderhoud en verzorging · Knik of knijp de luchtslang niet. · Controleer de luchtsteen en de terugslagklep regelmatig op verstoppingen en vervang ze indien nodig. · Het apparaat kan niet worden gerepareerd. In geval van een storing moet u het apparaat vervangen. Problemen oplossen 1. De pomp werkt niet. a. Controleer de aansluiting op de elektriciteit. b. Controleer de aansluiting van de slang op de pomp en de luchtsteen. 2. De luchtstroom is onvoldoende. a. Controleer of de luchtslang of luchtsteen niet verstopt, gebogen of gebarsten is. b. Controleer of de voedingsspanning lager is dan aanbevolen. c. Wanneer de pomp werkt en u voelt dat de luchteffectiviteit niet perfect is, schakelt u na voltooiing van de installatie de stroom in, koppelt u de luchtslang los en sluit u deze weer aan, herhaal dit een paar keer voor een beter resultaat.
