2 Product Overview

The water dispenser is shown with numbered parts:

3 Indicator Panel and Switch
Indicator Lights:
- Power on indicator: Lights up when the dispenser is connected to power and the power button is switched on. [?]
- Heating indicator: Lights up when the dispenser is heating water in the hot water tank. [?]
- Cooling indicator: Lights up when the dispenser is cooling water in the cold water tank. [❄️]
- Water shortage indicator: Lights up when there is no water in the bottle. Please replace with a new bottle. [?❌]
Control Switches:
A black switch on the back of the dispenser controls heating power. It can be set to High power, Low power, or OFF.
The dispenser requires time to heat and cool water after being plugged in.
- To get hot water: Turn the red heating switch to 'I' (approx. 30 minutes) or 'II' (approx. 15 minutes).
- To get cold water: Turn the green cooling switch to 'I' (approx. 1 hour).
Note: Wait for the water pump to stop running before dispensing. If the water tank is not full, no water will dispense.
4 Instruction
4.1 Unpacking the Water Dispenser
Cut and remove straps. Do not turn the box upside down or on its side. Remove the plastic bag. Lift the dispenser from the bottom of the carton. Wipe clean if necessary.
Place the machine on a hard, flat, leveled surface. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
Ensure good air circulation. Maintain at least 4 inches (10cm) space behind the dispenser and 2 inches (5cm) on each side.
Warning: The drain plug on the back may be loose from shipping. Fasten it tightly before operation to prevent leaks.
4.2 Settling Water Bottle
Ensure the dispenser is unplugged.
Open the lower cabinet door.
Place a full water bottle on the floor. Remove the plastic cover from the bottle's mouth.
Insert the stainless tube into the bottle and secure the water bottle cap firmly over the mouth.
Attach the hose to the cap using the quick connect system (as shown in diagrams).
- Diagram 1: Shows the quick connect system with the hose attached to the bottle cap.
- Diagram 2: Illustrates the connector being easily removed for cleaning with warm soapy water.
- Diagram 3: Demonstrates the stainless steel tube being adjustable up and down to fit 3-gallon and 5-gallon water bottles.
Slide the bottle into the cabinet and close the lower cabinet door.
Note: A secure connection between the hose cap and dispenser connector is crucial for water dispensing. Ensure the hose is connected correctly.
4.3 Dispense Water
Plug the dispenser into a grounded power outlet. The unit will pump water from the bottle to the cooling and heating tanks.
For hot water: Press the child safety lock button, then press the hot water button until water flows.
For cold water: Press the cold water panel until water flows.
Turn on the power switch at the back. Cooling or heating features will start. Indicator lights will show operation. Do not touch switches during operation.
Enjoy hot or cold water.
To conserve energy: Turn the black heating switch to 'O' if not using hot water. Turn the green cooling switch to 'OFF' if not using cold water.
Note: Wait for the water pump to stop before dispensing. If the tank is not full, no water will dispense.
5 Precautions
Safety Warnings:
When using electrical appliances, follow basic safety precautions to reduce risks of fire, electric shock, and injury. Read all instructions before use.
- Do not let hot water touch bare skin.
- Keep combustible materials (furniture, bedding, clothes, papers) away from the back of the appliance.
- Do not operate with a damaged power cord. Do not plug other appliances into the same outlet. Ensure the plug is fully inserted.
- Do not run the power cord over carpets or heat insulators. Do not cover the cord. Keep it away from high traffic areas and do not submerge in water.
- Extension cords are not recommended due to fire risk.
- Exercise caution and supervision when children are present.
- Do not use the dispenser outdoors. Place it away from direct sunlight. Maintain 15cm (6 inches) clearance at the back and 5cm (2 inches) on the sides.
- Do not use the product to dispense anything other than water.
- Place on an even, flat surface for stability.
- If the power cord is damaged, contact aftersales personnel for replacement.
- Ensure the power cord plug is accessible.
- Disconnect the plug when not in use.
- Disconnect from the main power source before servicing.
6 Cleaning and Maintenance
To avoid accidents: Turn off and unplug the dispenser before cleaning.
- Use a soft damp cloth for the exterior. A mild detergent may be used if necessary. Do not use corrosive chemical solvents.
- Do not pour water on the exterior or immerse the appliance in water.
- The water bottle cap, hose, and drip tray are dishwasher-safe (top rack only).
- Keep the dispenser 15cm (6 inches) from the wall for proper operation. Ensure ventilation openings are clear.
- Do not damage the heating or cooling system components (black condenser or rear radiator).
- For long periods of non-use: Unplug the cord, drain the water from all faucets, remove and clean the drain cap, then re-fasten it tightly.
7 Trouble Shooting
