Downloading and Installing the App

Scan the QR code to download and install the HUAWEI AI Life app, where you can try more features and customize your earbud settings.

Controlling the Earbuds

You can control your earbuds through the following gestures:

The touch-sensitive control area on each earbud allows for these actions.

You can customize the double-tap gesture to apply to different features (including play the previous/next track or wake up voice assistant) in the app. Actual interface may vary.

Pairing and Connection

1. Open the charging case and leave the earbuds inside. Touch and hold the touch-sensitive control area on both earbuds for at least 3 seconds. When the indicator on the charging case flashes white, it means that your earbuds are ready to be paired. The earbuds will automatically enter Pairing mode when you open the charging case for the first time.
2. Enable Bluetooth on the device you wish to pair with the earbuds, then search for the earbuds and complete the pairing.

Charging

Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid to initiate automatic charging.

Connect the case to a power source via a USB-C cable to begin charging it.

Restoring to Factory Settings

Open the charging case and leave the earbuds inside. Touch and hold the touch-sensitive control area on both earbuds for at least 10 seconds. When the indicator on the charging case flashes red, it means that your earbuds have been restored to their factory settings and have re-entered pairing mode.

Safety Information

Before using and operating this device, read the following precautions to ensure an optimal device performance and avoid dangerous use or unauthorized operations.

• To protect your hearing, do not listen to audio at a high volume for a long period of time.
• Keep at least 15 cm away from implantable medical devices like pacemakers, cochlear implants, and hearing aids. Consult the manufacturer for more information.
• Ideal operating temperatures: 0°C to 35°C. Storage temperatures: -20°C to +45°C.
• Use approved power adapters and chargers. Ensure the power adapter meets IEC/EN 62368-1 standards.
• Observe local traffic laws. Do not use this device while driving.
• Keep device and small accessories out of reach of children to prevent damage or choking hazards.
• Avoid dusty, damp, dirty environments, or near magnetic interference.
• Keep battery away from fire, heat, and direct sunlight. Do not disassemble, modify, throw, squeeze, submerge in liquids, or expose to external force or pressure.
• Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself.
• Avoid unauthorized disassembly or modification of the device and accessories, as this may void the factory warranty. If your device is faulty, visit an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
• The earbuds (excluding the charging case) meet IP54 (IEC 60529) requirements.

Precautions

• Keep metal contact points on earphones and charging case clean for proper function.
• If skin irritation occurs, remove earphones and clean thoroughly. Seek medical advice if the issue persists.

Disposal and Recycling Information

This symbol indicates that products and batteries should be taken to separate waste collection points at the end of their lifespan.
