Accessories
Note: Always test accessories on a small, inconspicuous area before use on sensitive surfaces. Refer to the packaging box for included accessories. Many components are compatible with this model. Additional accessories can be found at www.tineco.com or store.tineco.com.
- 1. Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush: Effective for fine dust on carpet and hard floors, with LED headlights for low-light areas.
- 2. Mini power brush: Ideal for upholstered furniture, mattresses, and removing pet hair.
- 3. 2-in-1 dusting brush: Switches between wide and soft brush modes for different surfaces.
- 4. Crevice tool: For corners and hard-to-reach places.
- 5. Soft dusting brush: Features angled bristles for anti-static dusting.
- 6. Flexible long crevice tool: Bends easily to reach tight spots.
- 7. Multi-angle folding tube: Articulated joint for cleaning high and low areas.

Assembly
Tube Installation
- Insert the tube into the main body. (See Figure C-1 and C-2)
- Press the release button to remove the tube. (See Figure C-3)
Brush Installation
- Insert the power brush. (See Figure C-4)
- Press the release button to remove the power brush. (See Figure C-5)
Battery Installation
- Press the battery release button to remove the battery. (See Figure C-6)
- Slide the battery into the slot at the base of the main body until it clicks into place. (See Figure C-7)
Charging Dock Installation
- Lift the charging post to the upright position. (See Figure C-8)
- Press firmly to fix the charging post onto the dock. (See Figure C-9)
- For storage, pull up the charging post and then press down. (See Figure C-10)
Operation
Preparing for Use
Note: Charge the appliance for 3-4 hours before first use in an area with temperatures between 39.2°F (4°C) and 104°F (40°C).
Select and attach an accessory before use.
- Press the [power-button] to activate suction. Press again to turn off. (See Figure D-1)
- The appliance defaults to AUTO mode. Press the [mode-button] to switch between AUTO and MAX mode. Swipe the power control slider to switch to Manual mode. (See Figure D-2)
- Place the appliance and attachments on the charging dock for storage. (See Figure D-3)
Cleaning Mode Selection
AUTO Mode
The iLoop sensor automatically detects dirt levels and adjusts suction power accordingly. A red loop indicates more dust, while a blue loop indicates less dust. This mode provides optimal cleaning.

MAX Mode
In AUTO mode, press the [mode-button] to enter MAX mode. The iLoop displays dirt amount, and suction power remains at maximum.

Manual Mode
Swipe the power control slider in AUTO or MAX mode to switch to Manual mode. Control power as needed.

Notes:
- Keep sharp objects away from the digital display to prevent scratches.
- Use with dry hands only; dirty hands may affect slider operation.
Emptying the Dustbin
- With the power off, push down the dust empty tab to clean the dustbin. If blocked, press the release button on the dustbin to empty contents. (See Figure D-7)
- Close and click the dustbin flap back into place. (See Figure D-8)
Charging the Battery
- Plug the adaptor into the charging port at the bottom of the dock. (See Figure D-9)
- Place the appliance on the charging dock and plug the adaptor into a wall outlet. (See Figure D-10)
Warning:
- Use only the provided Tineco adaptor.
- Place the appliance securely on the charging dock near a wall to avoid trip hazards.
- Store in a cool, dry place during long periods of non-use. Charge the battery every 3 months.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight or freezing temperatures.
- Recommended temperature range: 39.2°F (4°C) to 104°F (40°C).
Runtime
Approximately 40 minutes in AUTO mode, and 10 minutes in MAX power. Data is based on Tineco Laboratory tests with one battery and non-motorized accessories.
Charging Time
Approximately 3-4 hours for a full charge. Data is based on Tineco Laboratory tests at ambient temperatures between 39.2°F (4°C) to 104°F (40°C).
App
Download the Tineco app from the App Store, Google Play, or the Tineco Official Site to access all functions. The default voice prompt language is English; other languages can be set via the app.
Turn On/Off WiFi
- Turn on WiFi: During work, long press the [WiFi-button] for 3 seconds to enter the Help Center and connect to the network.
- Turn off WiFi: Long press the [WiFi-button] for 20 seconds to turn off.

Maintenance
Note:
- Clean the dustbin and filters after each use.
- To maintain high performance, wash and dry the pre-filter monthly (replace every 6 months). Wash and dry the HEPA filter every 3 months (replace every 12 months).
Dustbin, Mesh Filter and Pre-filter
- Turn counter-clockwise to remove filters. (See Figure E-1)
- Do not turn the appliance upside down when removing or installing filters to prevent dust from entering the motor. (See Figure E-2)
- Clean the dustbin and mesh filter with a damp cloth or cleaning tool. Air dry completely before reinstalling. (See Figure E-3)
- The pre-filter can be washed under cold running water and must be completely dry before reinstalling. (See Figure E-4)
- Insert the pre-filter into the mesh filter properly, then install the clean filters back into the main body and close the dustbin flap. (See Figure E-5)
HEPA Filter
- Pull out the HEPA filter (magnetic design) for cleaning. Do not use the appliance without the HEPA filter installed. (See Figure E-6)
- The HEPA filter can be washed under cold running water and must be completely dry before reinstalling. (See Figure E-7)
Dust Sensor
To avoid dust accumulation affecting cleaning performance, wipe the suction mouth with a damp cloth. (See Figure E-8)
Mini Power Brush
- Press the roller end cover downward. (See Figure E-9)
- Pull out the brush roller. (See Figure E-10)
- Remove debris wrapped around the roller with the Tineco Hair Cleaning Tool. (See Figure E-11)
- Fully reinsert the brush roller at an angle and push upward until it clicks securely back into place. (See Figure E-12)
Brush Head
- With the power off, slide the switch to open the brush roller end cover and rotate counter-clockwise to pull out the brush roller. (See Figure E-13)
- Gently clean the brush window, suction mouth, and plastic teeth after removing the brush roller. (See Figure E-14)
- Fully reinsert the brush roller into the brush window and rotate the end cover clockwise until it clicks securely back into place. (See Figure E-15)
Warning:
- The power brush contains electrical components and must not be soaked or washed with water.
- Turn off the power and remove the battery before performing maintenance on the brush roller.
- Do not touch the brush roller while the appliance is working to avoid injury.
Troubleshooting

Warranty
2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
- Applies only to purchases from authorized Tineco retailers.
- Subject to adherence to the requirements in this manual and further conditions.
- Governed by the laws of the country of purchase. Offers a 2-year warranty or a period stipulated by applicable local law, whichever is longer.
What is Covered?
- Tineco appliance has a 2-year warranty against original defects in material and workmanship when used for private household purposes according to the Tineco Instruction Manual. Motorized accessories and batteries have a 1-year warranty.
- Covers all labor and parts necessary to ensure the appliance is in proper operating condition during the warranty period at no extra cost.
- Valid only if the appliance is used in the country of purchase.
What is Not Covered?
Tineco is not liable for costs, damages, or repairs resulting from:
- Appliances purchased from unauthorized dealers.
- Careless operation, handling, misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance.
- Use not in accordance with the Tineco Instruction Manual.
- Use for purposes other than normal domestic use (e.g., commercial or rental).
- Use of parts not in accordance with the Tineco Instruction Manual.
- Use of parts and accessories not produced or recommended by Tineco.
- External factors unrelated to product quality (weather, modifications, accidents, power outages, acts of God).
- Repairs or alterations by unauthorized parties.
- Failure to clear blockages and other hazardous material.
- Normal wear and tear (clear bin, belt, filter, HEPA, brush bar, power cord, carpet/floor damage due to improper use, failure to turn off brush bar when necessary).
- Reduced battery discharge time due to battery age or use.
Warranty Limitations
- Implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to this warranty's duration.
- Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and original battery only; it is not transferable.
- This limited warranty grants specific legal rights, and regional variations may apply.
- Manufacturer's warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on product use, place of purchase, or seller. Review the warranty carefully and contact the manufacturer with any questions.
Warranty Service
Register: Register your appliance on the Tineco official website (www.tineco.com) for exclusive benefits. Provide the whole serial number (found on the bottom of the main body, with the battery removed). Failure to register does not diminish warranty rights.
How to Claim: Retain proof of purchase. To make a claim, provide your serial number and original purchase receipt with date and order number. All work will be carried out by Tineco or its authorized agent. Replaced defective parts become Tineco property. Service under this warranty does not extend the warranty period.
