Getting Started
Important Note: Do not unplug the battery while the motor is operating. ⚠️
For additional assistance, download the "Help me by Somfy" application (available on the App Store and Google Play).
At the product selection stage, scan the QR code provided on the physical product packaging.
1. Start Up
To set up the drive, download the "TaHoma pro" application from your device's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
2. Drive Setting
Once the "TaHoma pro" application is downloaded, open it and follow the on-screen instructions to set up the drive.
3. Use
This drive requires no regular maintenance operations.
Control Options:
- OPEN: Opens the curtains.
- STOP: Stops the curtains.
- MY: Sets or recalls the favorite (my) position.
- CLOSE: Closes the curtains.
The application allows for single or double motor control (e.g., "x2 my").
4. Drive Resetting
This reset procedure deletes all programmed control points, end limit settings, and the favorite (my) position.
To reset the motor: Press and hold the button until the motorized product moves 3 times. All settings will be erased.

The drive must be installed by a motorization and home automation professional, following Somfy's instructions and applicable country regulations.
Using the drive outside its described field of application, or failing to comply with these instructions and the Safety Instructions document, absolves Somfy of any liability and invalidates the warranty.
The installer must inform customers about the operating and maintenance conditions and provide them with the instructions and the Safety Instructions document after installation.
After-Sales Service operations must be performed by a qualified professional.

Safety Instructions for Wiring
- Cables passing through a metal wall must be protected and isolated using a sheath or sleeve.
- Secure cables to prevent contact with moving parts.
- If the drive is used outdoors and the power supply cable is H05VV-F type, install the cable in a UV-resistant duct (e.g., under a gland).
- Ensure the drive's power supply cable is accessible for easy product replacement.
- Always make a loop in the power supply cable to prevent water from entering the drive.

- This Class III drive must be powered by a SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) source.
- Installation must be performed by a qualified motorization and home automation professional, adhering to Somfy instructions and local regulations.
- Using this drive with products not listed in the "Compatibility matrix" document will void the Somfy warranty and release Somfy from liability.
- For battery recharging, use only the provided detachable supply unit.
- Improper battery use can lead to overheating, fire, explosion, causing serious injury or death.
- Do not expose the drive or battery to excessive temperatures.
- Risk of short circuit if battery terminals or drive terminals contact metal objects.
- Ensure the battery is fully charged before installation.
- To prolong battery life, fully charge it every other year.
