Important Safety Information

Do not install the unit in a confined space, such as a bookshelf or built-in cabinet.

Do not expose batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) to excessive heat for prolonged periods, such as direct sunlight, fire, or extreme cold, which may lead to overheating or thermal runaway.

Do not disassemble, open, or shred batteries or battery packs.

In the event of a battery leak, avoid contact of the fluid with skin or eyes. If contact occurs, wash the affected area with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

Batteries must be charged before use. Always refer to the manufacturer's instructions or product manual for proper charging. After long periods of storage, it may be necessary to charge and discharge batteries several times to obtain maximum performance.

Manufacturing date is indicated on the packaging in MM-YYYY format.

Storage Conditions: Store in original packaging in dark, dry, clean, well-ventilated areas, isolated from acids and alkalis. Storage temperature: 10 to +45 °C. Relative humidity: 25% to 75%, without condensation. Shelf life is not specified. Operating temperature: 0 to 40 °C. Operating relative humidity not more than 75%, without condensation. Service life is 5 years.

Transport in original manufacturer's packaging. Do not drop, protect from falls, impacts, or excessive vibration during transport.

The device has been tested and complies with EMC regulations for use with a connecting cable shorter than 3m.

Loud sound can negatively affect your hearing.

Do not use the device while walking, driving, or cycling. This may cause an accident.

Do not use the device in dangerous places where ambient sounds cannot be heard.

If water or foreign objects enter the product, it may cause fire or electric shock. If this happens, stop using the product immediately and contact your nearest Sony dealer. Be especially careful in the following cases:

If the earpieces are not securely attached during use, they may fall out and remain inside the ear. Before use, ensure the earpieces are securely attached.

Never insert the USB plug if the device or charging cable is wet. Inserting the USB plug when the device or cable is wet may cause a short circuit due to liquid (tap water, sea water, beverages, etc.) or foreign substances on the device or charging cable, leading to excessive heating or malfunction.

This product (including accessories) contains magnets that may interfere with pacemakers, programmable shunt valves for hydrocephalus treatment, and other medical devices. Do not place this product near people using such medical devices. If you use any of these medical devices, consult your doctor before using this product.

Small parts can be swallowed. Keep the device out of reach of small children.

Static Electricity Note

When using the device in dry air conditions, you may experience discomfort due to static electricity accumulation on your body. This is not a malfunction of the device. To reduce this effect, wear clothes made of natural materials, which will minimize static electricity generation.

Warranty period (years): 1. Service life (years): 5.

If manufacturing defects are found within the warranty period, Sony or an Authorized Sony Service Center (ASC) will, at its discretion, eliminate them using new or refurbished parts, or replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished one, or refund the paid value. It is recommended to keep the document confirming the date of purchase.

To maintain the Warranty, you must follow the instructions for use, storage, and transportation, operate the product only for personal and domestic purposes, not subject it to modification or unqualified repair, and not remove the serial number label.

Sony's warranty does not limit consumer rights established by current legislation on consumer goods trade.
