Do not install the unit in a confined space, such as a bookshelf or built-in cabinet.
Do not expose batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) to excessive heat for prolonged periods, such as direct sunlight, fire, or extreme cold, which may lead to overheating or thermal runaway.
Do not disassemble, open, or shred batteries or battery packs.
In the event of a battery leak, avoid contact of the fluid with skin or eyes. If contact occurs, wash the affected area with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Batteries must be charged before use. Always refer to the manufacturer's instructions or product manual for proper charging. After long periods of storage, it may be necessary to charge and discharge batteries several times to obtain maximum performance.

Storage Conditions: Store in original packaging in dark, dry, clean, well-ventilated areas, isolated from acids and alkalis. Storage temperature: 10 to +45 °C. Relative humidity: 25% to 75%, without condensation. Shelf life is not specified. Operating temperature: 0 to 40 °C. Operating relative humidity not more than 75%, without condensation. Service life is 5 years.
Transport in original manufacturer's packaging. Do not drop, protect from falls, impacts, or excessive vibration during transport.
The device has been tested and complies with EMC regulations for use with a connecting cable shorter than 3m.
Loud sound can negatively affect your hearing.
Do not use the device while walking, driving, or cycling. This may cause an accident.
Do not use the device in dangerous places where ambient sounds cannot be heard.
If water or foreign objects enter the product, it may cause fire or electric shock. If this happens, stop using the product immediately and contact your nearest Sony dealer. Be especially careful in the following cases:
- When using the device near a sink or container with liquid. Be careful not to drop the device into a sink or water container.
- When using the device in rain, snow, or wet places.

If the earpieces are not securely attached during use, they may fall out and remain inside the ear. Before use, ensure the earpieces are securely attached.
Never insert the USB plug if the device or charging cable is wet. Inserting the USB plug when the device or cable is wet may cause a short circuit due to liquid (tap water, sea water, beverages, etc.) or foreign substances on the device or charging cable, leading to excessive heating or malfunction.
This product (including accessories) contains magnets that may interfere with pacemakers, programmable shunt valves for hydrocephalus treatment, and other medical devices. Do not place this product near people using such medical devices. If you use any of these medical devices, consult your doctor before using this product.
Small parts can be swallowed. Keep the device out of reach of small children.
Static Electricity Note
When using the device in dry air conditions, you may experience discomfort due to static electricity accumulation on your body. This is not a malfunction of the device. To reduce this effect, wear clothes made of natural materials, which will minimize static electricity generation.
Important Voice Guidance Information
By default, the voice guidance for this product is available in English. Voice guidance can be heard from the product in the following situations:
- Device turns on: "Power on"
- Device turns off: "Power off"
- Battery level decreased, recharge recommended: "Low battery, please recharge headset"
- Device automatically turns off due to low battery: "Please recharge headset. Power off"
- When checking remaining battery level: "Battery fully charged" / "Battery about 70%" / "Battery about 50%"
- Device enters pairing mode: "Bluetooth pairing"
- Device connects to Bluetooth device: "Bluetooth connected"
- Device disconnects from Bluetooth: "Bluetooth disconnected"

If manufacturing defects are found within the warranty period, Sony or an Authorized Sony Service Center (ASC) will, at its discretion, eliminate them using new or refurbished parts, or replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished one, or refund the paid value. It is recommended to keep the document confirming the date of purchase.
To maintain the Warranty, you must follow the instructions for use, storage, and transportation, operate the product only for personal and domestic purposes, not subject it to modification or unqualified repair, and not remove the serial number label.
Sony's warranty does not limit consumer rights established by current legislation on consumer goods trade.

Product Water Resistance
Improper use may allow water to enter the product, causing fire, electric shock, or malfunction. Observe the following precautions and use the product correctly. (When using the product, the USB Type-C® port cover must be tightly closed.)
Ensuring Water Resistance Characteristics
Use the product correctly, observing the following precautions:
- When using the product, the USB Type-C port cover must be tightly closed. If the cover is not fully closed or is dirty, water resistance characteristics are not ensured. Water may enter the product and cause malfunction.
- Do not splash water on the sound outlets.
- Do not throw the product into water or use it in water.
- Do not leave a wet product in a cold environment – water may freeze. To avoid malfunction, wipe it dry after use.
- Do not place the product in water or use it in wet places, such as a bathroom.
- Protect the product from mechanical shocks and do not drop it. This may cause deformation or damage to the device, leading to deterioration of water resistance characteristics.
BLUETOOTH® Technology
Microwaves emitted by a Bluetooth device may affect the operation of electronic medical equipment. Due to the risk of accidents, turn off this product and other Bluetooth devices:
- In hospitals, near priority seats on trains, in places where flammable gases are present, and near automatic doors and fire alarms.
Charging the Product
After charging, securely close the USB Type-C port cover. Sweat and water may cause malfunction.

Notes on Product Use
- Remove the headphones slowly.
- The earpieces fit snugly in the ears, and if you pull them out quickly or forcefully, you risk damaging your eardrums.
- When the earpieces are worn, the speaker diaphragm may click. This is not a malfunction.
Other Notes
- If you experience discomfort, stop using the product immediately.
