Place the headphones in the charging case.

A secure and tight fit helps provide optimal sound quality and noise cancellation.

  1. Test which size of ear tips provides the best sound quality and wearing comfort.
  2. Three sizes of replaceable ear tips are included: large, medium, and small.

Inserting the Headphones

  1. Check the left and right orientation of the headphones.
  2. Insert the headphones into your ears and gently twist until they fit securely.

App Download

Scan the QR code or click the "Download" button, or search for "Philips Headphones" in the Apple App Store or Google Play to download the application.

First Time Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

  1. Ensure the headphones are fully charged and powered off.
  2. Open the charging case lid; the headphones will enter pairing mode, ready to connect.

5. Resetting Your Headphones

If you encounter any pairing or connection issues, you can reset the headphones to factory settings by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth menu of your Bluetooth device and remove "Philips TAT3508" from the device list.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth function of your Bluetooth device.
  3. Place the headphones back into the charging case and open the charging case lid.
  4. Press the button on the charging case twice.
  5. Follow the steps in "Using Your Headphones - Connecting to a Bluetooth Device".
  6. Pair the headphones with your Bluetooth device, selecting "Philips TAT3508".

If the headphones are unresponsive, you can perform a hardware reset by following these steps:

We have tried to make the packaging easy to separate into three materials: cardboard (box), polystyrene (buffer), and polyethylene (bags, protective foam sheet). Please observe the local regulations regarding the disposal of packaging materials, exhausted batteries, and old equipment.

9. Frequently Asked Questions

Bluetooth headphones cannot power on.

The battery is low. Charge the headphones.

Bluetooth headphones cannot pair with a Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth function is not enabled. Before turning on the headphones, turn on the Bluetooth function on your device.

Cannot pair.

Bluetooth device cannot find the headphones.

Bluetooth headphones are connected to a Bluetooth stereo-enabled mobile phone, but music can only be played through the mobile phone speaker.

Refer to your mobile phone's user manual. Select to listen to music through the headphones.

Sound quality is poor, or crackling can be heard.

When the mobile phone transmission is slow, or audio transmission is not possible at all, the sound quality is very poor.

Ensure your mobile phone supports not only (mono) HFP but also A2DP, and is compatible with BT4.0x (or higher version) (refer to "Technical Data" on page 11).
