Miele Pre-inspection Service
To ensure efficient and delay-free installation of your Miele appliances, Miele offers a Pre-Inspection Service. Our Miele Certified Installation team will conduct a comprehensive on-site inspection to verify that all necessary utilities (electrical, venting, plumbing, millwork, etc.) are correctly in place according to Miele installation manuals. This service helps identify any required work or corrections before the installation appointment, ensuring our team can begin work immediately upon arrival.
Miele Pre-inspection includes:
- On-site visit to inspect and advise on all utilities and rough-in requirements per work order.
- Verification that the rough-in design is compatible with the appliance, considering mechanical and service accessibility.
As a special offer, Miele cooking packages including five or more kitchen appliances* are eligible for a complimentary Miele Pre-Inspection Service, where applicable.

Please note:
- Multi-piece discounts may apply: 4 pieces receive a 10% discount, and 5 or more pieces receive a 15% discount on installation.
- Prices are based on utilities (electrical, venting, millwork, countertops, cabinetry, flooring, supporting structures, etc.) being roughed-in and ready. Gas and Electrical installations must meet all local codes.
- All prices are confirmed on-site. If a permit is required for the installation of electric cooktops, wall ovens, speed ovens, or steam ovens, the cost is $400. Gas hookup tagging is priced at $250.
- For installations over 10 feet tall requiring an external blower, Miele requires certified scaffolding. Miele does not provide scaffolding services. Please ensure scaffolding is in place prior to scheduling installation services.
- An initial installation visit is included in the price. Subsequent visits are charged as follows: second visit - $150; third visit - $250; additional visits - $350 each. A $200 fee will be applied if the site is not ready upon the installer's visit.
