Assembly Steps
Follow these steps carefully. Refer to the original diagrams for precise placement and fastener usage.
Step 1: Assemble the Base Frame
Connect the main vertical posts and horizontal beams to form the primary base structure of the gazebo. Use the specified fasteners (e.g., U, V, X, Y). Ensure the structure is stable but avoid fully tightening all screws at this stage, allowing for adjustments ?.
Step 2: Construct the Roof Structure
Assemble the upper roof framework, including central supports and connecting beams. Attach this structure to the top of the vertical posts using appropriate fasteners (e.g., K, K1, U2).
Step 3: Install Roof Panels
Carefully attach the individual roof panels (N, O, P, S series) to the assembled roof frame. Secure them using the designated screws (e.g., U1). Ensure panels are correctly oriented and overlap for weather resistance.
Step 4: Attach Accessories
Install optional mosquito nets and curtains. Attach the Winter Bar (W) if desired. These components typically attach to the frame using hooks or fasteners.
Step 5: Final Tightening and Inspection
Once the entire structure is assembled, go back and securely tighten all screws and bolts. Inspect the gazebo for stability and ensure all parts are correctly installed. The gazebo is now ready for use.
