Getting Started
This manual provides instructions for the A401 Portable Thermal Printer.
Power On and Use Method
Power On: Press and hold the operation button for 3 seconds to turn on the printer.
Paper Loading Method
- Simultaneously pull the lid opening buttons on both sides of the machine forward to open it.
- Open the paper bin and place the paper according to the signs, ensuring the correct side faces up.
Printing Method
Single paper / folding paper placement:
- Open the buttons on the left and right sides of the machine.
- Align the paper with the arrow mark and insert it about 5cm deep into the machine's rear feed slot. The print side should face up.
- Lift the upper cover, insert the paper to the edge of the output tray (approximately 2cm), and then close the upper unit. Ensure both sides of the top cover are properly seated. A clicking sound indicates it's closed correctly.
Application Installation and Printing
Connecting to a Windows Computer for Printing:
- Connect the computer and printer using a USB cable.
- Ensure the printer is powered on.
- Download and install the printer driver from www.cnfujun.com/d/54.
- Add the printer on your computer and establish a communication connection to enable printing.
Mobile Apps: Use the provided Android and iOS apps for printing.

- Click more than 4 times: Initiates paper calibration.
Paper Plate Usage: The paper plate can be adjusted for A5, A4, and Letter paper sizes. For A5 paper, position the plate as shown. For Letter paper, remove the plate.
