Know Your Earbuds

This manual provides information on the MIIIW Pebble True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds. Please read it carefully before use and keep it for future reference.

How to Wear Earbuds Properly

In-ear wearing: A schematic diagram illustrates the correct way to wear the in-ear earbuds for a secure fit.

Semi-in-ear wearing: A schematic diagram shows the proper method for wearing the semi-in-ear earbuds.

Bluetooth Pairing

To pair your earbuds:

  1. Take both the left and right earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically turn on and begin pairing. The indicators will flash white and blue alternately.
  2. On your device, open Bluetooth settings, search for "MIIIW-W12", and tap to connect.
  3. You will hear a "Connected" prompt tone when pairing is successful.

Notes:

  • (1) If the connection fails, place the earbuds back into the charging case and repeat the pairing process.
  • (2) These earbuds support one-to-one pairing only and cannot be paired with two devices simultaneously. To connect to a new device, first disconnect the existing paired device.
  • (3) To restore factory settings: Remove the earbuds from the charging case, then press and hold both earbuds for 10 seconds until the blue indicator light turns on.

Operations

Control your earbuds with touch gestures:

  • Answer/Hang up call: Double-tap the touch area.
  • Reject call: Long press the touch area.
  • Play/Pause music: Double-tap the touch area.
  • Next track: Triple-tap the touch area.
  • Previous track: Quadruple-tap the touch area.
  • Noise cancellation on/off: Long press the touch area.
  • Transparency mode: Triple-tap the touch area.
  • Game mode on/off: Quadruple-tap the touch area.

Notes and Precautions

  1. Store and use the product in normal temperature environments.
  2. Do not expose the product to rain or humid conditions.
  3. Do not drop the product to avoid damage from falls.
  4. Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the product yourself.
  5. The product contains a built-in lithium battery. Do not discard it in fire, expose it to direct sunlight, or dispose of it carelessly, as this may cause danger. Dispose of the battery according to local regulations and recycle where possible.
  6. To extend the battery life, if the earbuds are not used for an extended period, charge them at least once a month.
  7. Use chargers with an output voltage and current not exceeding 5V/1A. Using chargers that exceed these specifications may cause severe damage to the product and will void the warranty.
  8. When using a single earbud, ensure the other earbud is placed in the charging case to prevent microphone noise interference during use.
  9. If the earbuds freeze or become unresponsive, place them in the charging case for 5 seconds; they will automatically restore.
  10. To avoid hearing damage, maintain a moderate volume level and avoid listening at high volumes for extended periods, as this can cause permanent hearing damage or hearing loss.
  11. Do not use the phone or earbuds while driving, cycling, or crossing roads, as these activities require your full attention.
  12. When watching videos, there might be a slight delay between the audio and video synchronization.
