Notes:

  1. If phone does not charge: remove it from charger for 3 seconds, rotate phone 180 degrees, and try again.
  2. Due to phone and case size variations, not all phones are able to fit into all vehicle integrations. Phones longer than 150mm (approx 6 inches) may have reduced or no performance. See Note B below.
  3. Due to variations between phone manufacturer and models, phone compatibility is not guaranteed.
  4. Cases used on phones with built-in wireless charging capability may have reduced performance.
  5. Do not use wireless charging system with objects between charger and phone. Vehicle wireless charger may not detect all objects, causing those objects to heat up. This may include objects such as coins or plastic cards with sensitive electronics inside (e.g. credit cards, hotel card keys, transit cards, etc).
  6. It is normal for phone to be warm when charging. Contact your phone provider if there are concerns regarding your phone's health.
  7. Phones not listed above have not been evaluated for compatibility.
  8. For certain model year 2015-2018 customers, GM Service Bulletin #18-NA-153 is available to upgrade your vehicle's wireless charger to have latest compatibility. For customers that upgrade their wireless charger, use model year 2019 compatibility column.
  9. Model year 2018 & 2019 South American Chevrolet Equinox and South American Chevrolet Cruze vehicles, use MY 2017 compatibility column.
