Jump start your car

Note: This product is for 12V cars only.

Ensure 3 to 4 indicator lights are on (battery level above 50%) before jump starting.

Step 1: Connect the smart battery clamp

Insert the smart battery clamp plug completely into the jump starter. The green and red indicator lights on the clamp should flash alternately, indicating it's safe to proceed.

Step 2: Connect clamps to the car battery

Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the car battery and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal.

If the green and red indicator lights on the battery clamp are flashing alternately, proceed to the next step.

Step 3-a: Start your car

Attempt to start your car within 30 seconds of connecting the clamps.

If the car does not start, disconnect the clamps from the vehicle and jump starter. Wait at least 30 seconds before trying again.

If the car fails to start after two attempts, use the force start function (Step 3-b).

Step 3-b (optional): Force start function

Ensure clamps are connected to the correct polarity battery terminals. Press and hold the force start button for 3 seconds. When the smart clamp indicator light turns solid green, start the vehicle within 30 seconds.

Step 4: Remove the clamps

Once the car starts, remove the battery clamps from the car battery and jump starter as soon as possible.

NOTE: When jump starting multiple cars, disconnect the clamps and jump starter between vehicles and repeat steps 1-4.

Trouble Shooting

If the red indicator light is on:

  1. The battery clamp may be connected in reverse. Disconnect and reconnect.
  2. Ensure maximum contact between clamps and battery terminals.
  3. The car battery voltage may be higher than 17.5V.
  4. If connected for over 30 seconds, disconnect immediately and follow steps 1-2 again.

How to read indicator light of the battery clamp?

Indicator Light & Buzzer Meaning
The red and green indicator lights flash alternately. The battery clamps are correctly connected to the jump starter and car battery, ready to start.
The red indicator light stays on and buzzer alarm. 1) Battery clamp is reversely connected or short-circuited.
2) The voltage of your car battery is higher than 17.5V.
The green indicator light stays on after pressing the force start button. The current is running through the battery clamp. Ready to start your car.
The red indicator light flashes quickly and buzzer beeps. 1) Over-temperature protection triggered (clamp temperature exceeds 65°C ±5°C). Output is automatically shut off. The red indicator light flashes quickly (5 times per second).
2) After the car is started, the engine enters a stable working state. Remove the clamp from the car battery as soon as possible.
The green light flashes slowly. The voltage of the product is too low. Charge the product promptly.

NOTE: When the green light is on (in the start state), do not remove the clamp to short-circuit them or reverse the positive and negative poles of the clamp to the car battery.
