Limited Warranty Overview
Igloo Products Corp. provides a limited warranty on its products, covering defects in material or workmanship under normal use from the date of original purchase. This warranty is exclusive and does not extend beyond the description provided. Igloo will repair or replace defective products. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover damage from abuse, misuse, accidents, unreasonable use, or unauthorized alterations.

*For specific electric appliances like refrigerators or wine coolers manufactured before 1/1/2018, contact Curtis International. For items manufactured after 6/1/18, contact Nostalgia.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
For Consumers (U.S. & Canada): If an Igloo product fails within the warranty period and guidelines, submit a warranty claim form. Please do not send the product back until instructed by Igloo customer service.

For Retailers: Retailer warranty claims should be handled through the appropriate Sales Representative and Igloo Regional Manager. Return Authorizations are required for credits or returns.
Defective products should be handled by the Quality Department via email: fieldqualityissues@igloocorp.com. Non-defective returns are handled by Customer Service via email: csrovsh@igloocorp.com.
