Warranty Information
MAUL products are manufactured with care and adhere to strict quality guidelines. The materials and manufacturing process undergo constant testing.
The guarantee is valid for five years and covers repair of manufacturing or material defects. The warranty period begins on the day of sale to the first user, with proof of purchase (receipt or bill) required.
Damage due to improper handling, mechanical damage, natural wear and tear, or battery issues (if supplied) is excluded from the guarantee. Tampering by unauthorized parties also voids the warranty. Consequential damages are not covered.
Complaints for recognizable defects must be reported within fourteen days of receipt. Hidden defects should be notified immediately upon discovery. Goods justly rejected will be repaired. If a defect is not eliminated within a reasonable period, the buyer may withdraw from the contract.
For warranty claims, please forward the device with the receipt to the point of sale. Include your name, address, and a description of the defect. Repairs or replacements outside the warranty period are possible at the customer's expense.
These conditions do not exclude the application of EU provisions.
