Kilsen KAL455 Manual Call Point Installation Sheet

Description

This document provides installation instructions for the KAL455 Manual Call Point. This call point is designed for use with Kilsen's analog addressable fire detection systems and includes models for both indoor and outdoor use.

Installation

Caution: This product must be installed by qualified personnel in accordance with the CEN/TS 54-14 standard and any other relevant local authority legislation.

Electrical Connections

Connect the KAL455 terminal block (Figure 2) as follows:

Addressing

Use the DIP switch (Figure 1) to assign a device address between 128 and 252 (refer to page 4).

Maintenance

Maintenance will consist of a visual and functional inspection to be carried out annually. The interior of the device must not be tampered with.
