Product Overview
The Tineco FLOOR ONE S5 SERIES is a smart cordless floor washer designed for efficient and convenient cleaning of hard floors. It combines vacuuming and mopping functions in a single pass.

Assembly
Note: For the water tank and brush roller assembly, refer to the 'Operation' and 'Maintenance' sections.
- To assemble the handle, insert it into the appliance until a "click" is heard (Fig.B-1).
- To disassemble the handle, press the spring to unlock it with a tool (e.g., screwdriver) and lift it off the appliance (Fig.B-2).
Operation
Preparation for Use
- Before first use, charge the appliance for 4-5 hours.
- Press the power button ① to start the appliance in AUTO mode (default). Press again to turn it off. Switch between AUTO, MAX, and SUCTION modes by pressing the button (Fig.C-1).
- The appliance will stop when placed upright and resume when reclined. Do not recline the appliance more than 142° to prevent water leakage (Fig.C-2).
- After use, place the appliance on the charging base to charge and store it upright (Fig.C-3).
Filling the Clean Water Tank
- Press the clean water tank release button to remove the tank (Fig.C-4).
- Open the tank lid and fill with clean water up to the MAX line. For deep cleaning, add one capful of the solution bottle to the clean water tank and close the lid securely (Fig.C-5).
- Note: Use water below 60°C. Do not use hot water.
- Reinstall the tank into the appliance. A "click" indicates correct installation (Fig.C-6).
Charging Instructions
To charge the appliance, place it on the charging base and connect the adapter to a power outlet.
Note: The cooling system activates to optimize battery charging, indicated by a slight acoustic signal. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds to turn the cooling system on/off.
Warning: Charge the appliance only with the Tineco-provided adapter. For long periods of inactivity, recharge the appliance once every 3 months. Store in a dry, indoor location, away from direct sunlight or freezing temperatures (recommended temperature range: 4°C-40°C).
Selecting Cleaning Modes
- AUTO Mode: The iLoop sensor automatically detects dirt and adjusts detergent and suction power. A red light indicates excessive dirt, and a blue light indicates minor dirt. This mode provides optimal detergent usage (Fig.C-8).
- MAX Mode: In AUTO mode, press the button to enter MAX mode. The AUTO indicator on the display will turn off. MAX mode provides maximum suction power and sprays water/solution for deeper cleaning (Fig.C-9).
- SUCTION Mode (available on select models): In MAX mode, press the button to enter SUCTION mode. In this mode, the appliance only absorbs water and does not spray. Recommended for wet surfaces (Fig.C-10).
Note: Keep sharp objects away from the digital display to prevent scratches.
Operating Time
- AUTO mode: approximately 35 minutes.
- MAX mode: approximately 28 minutes.

Indicator Lights
During Use:
- Battery level ≥ 10%: Battery indicator is lit.
- Battery level < 10%: Battery indicator flashes.
- Off: No power detected or possible battery malfunction.
During Charging:
- 80%: Tineco indicator flashes.
- Fully Charged (100%): Tineco indicator stays on for 5 minutes, then all indicators turn off.
Voice Prompts
The appliance provides voice prompts for various statuses. These can be activated or deactivated by pressing the mute/language switch button. Press twice to change the language (Fig.B-2).

Maintenance
For optimal performance and to prevent odors, always clean and dry the dirty water tank, filters, brush roller, and brush roller cover after each use.
- Ensure all components are installed correctly.
- After maintenance, place the appliance on the charging base in an upright position. Avoid direct sunlight and store in a dry, indoor location.
Main Unit
- Turn off the appliance before performing maintenance.
- Clean the surface with a damp cloth and neutral detergent. Ensure the cloth is dry to prevent water from entering the appliance (Fig.D-2).
- Clean the dirt sensor with a damp cloth or the cleaning tool (Fig.D-3).
Dirty Water Tank
- When the dirty water reaches the MAX line, the appliance stops functioning, and a reminder is displayed and announced (Fig.D-4).
- Lift the tank lid to empty the dirty water. Use the cleaning tool to remove any remaining debris. Rinse the inside of the dirty water tank and reposition it in the appliance.
Dry Filter and Separation Component
- Grasp the recessed area on each side of the dry filter and pull upwards. Rinse with running water and allow to air dry completely before reuse with the dirty water tank lid. A spare dry filter is provided (Fig.D-5).
- The waste separator can be removed and rinsed under running water. It separates solid waste. The appliance can function normally without it (Fig.D-6).
Automatic Brush Roller Cleaning
- After use, place the appliance on the charging base. The sensor will automatically detect the dirt level.
- When the voice prompt "Start automatic cleaning cycle" is heard, press the automatic cleaning button to start the process.
- Upon completion, the prompt "Automatic cleaning completed, clean the dirty water tank" will be heard, and the appliance will begin charging (Fig.D-7).
Brush Roller Cover
- Press the cover latches and pull upwards to remove it (Fig.D-8).
- Rinse with water (Fig.D-9).
- Ensure the brush roller cover is securely latched during reinstallation to prevent leaks (Fig.D-10).
Brush Roller
- Remove the brush roller by gripping the corresponding tab and pulling it out (Fig.D-11).
- Use the cleaning tool to remove hair and debris wrapped around the roller. Rinse with water. Reinsert the roller into the accessory holder and allow it to air dry completely before reinstalling (Fig.D-12).
- Remove hair and debris from the brush housing and opening with a damp cloth or towel (Fig.D-13).
- Replace the brush roller by inserting its end into the right side of the holder, then attach the roller tab to the magnetic buckle on the left side to lock it in place (Fig.D-14).
Brush Roller Replacement
- Press the roller handle to remove it. Once removed, install the handle onto the new brush roller (Fig.D-15).
Note: A spare brush roller is included. For optimal performance, replace the brush roller every 6 months.
