Terms and Conditions for Dishwasher 100% Money Back Offer

The Siemens Money Back Offer (hereafter called the MBO) for the Siemens Dishwashers is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. This offer is valid only on Siemens DISHWASHER Pan India.
2. This offer is valid on purchase of Siemens DISHWASHER made during 1^st July, 2025 to 31^st December, 2025 (both dates included).
3. To avail this offer, the customer needs to buy the Siemens DISHWASHER with this offer from the Authorized Dealer (“the Dealer”) in India and the installation and service shall be done by the BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. ("the Company").
4. In case a customer is not satisfied with the DISHWASHER, customer shall call the Company's Siemens Customer Care no. 1800 209 1850 within 30 days of the date of installation of the DISHWASHER from the registered mobile number for returning the DISHWASHER.
5. If the customer does not call for return within the said 30 days, it will be considered that the DISHWASHER has been accepted by the customer. The date of installation will be included while counting 30 days.
6. The DISHWASHER can be returned by the customer provided there is no damage to the DISHWASHER and it is well maintained and used according to the usage prescribed in 'Siemens Operating Instruction Manual' provided along with the DISHWASHER. Upon calling Customer Care, the Company's customer service representative shall come for the inspection of the DISHWASHER. If it is in a proper working condition and well maintained, the DISHWASHER will be accepted by the Company and the process for the return and refund will be initiated. If it is in a damaged condition, the Company will not accept the DISHWASHER and MBO will be void. The Company's decision accepting or rejecting the return shall be final and binding.
7. The customer shall take due care in operating the DISHWASHER.
8. Utensils not suitable for DISHWASHER are mentioned in the 'Siemens Operating Instruction Manual'.
9. For optimal performance, the DISHWASHER should be used with dishwashing detergent, Rinse aid and Dishwasher Salt recommended for Dish Washers.
10. In case the return is accepted by the Company: The Dealer shall arrange to pick up the DISHWASHER from the customer. Rs.1000/- will be deducted as transportation and handling charges from the invoice amount and the balance amount will be returned to the customer by the Dealer via Cheque.
11. The MBO is not available to DISHWASHER purchased under the EMI financing Scheme. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
12. The Siemens DISHWASHER is available for purchase without this offer also.
13. This MBO is not available for DISHWASHER purchased online via e-commerce platforms or otherwise.
14. In case of dispute, the Company's decision will be considered final and binding.
15. The Company reserves a right to withdraw the MBO at any point of time without any prior notice.

General Terms & Conditions:

1. The Offer is organized by BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"/ BSHG).
2. Consumers eligible to participate in the Offer in accordance to the eligibility criteria specified under these Terms and Conditions and participating in the offer are hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”.
3. To be eligible to avail the Offer, the Participants need to confirm to the following eligibility criteria: a) an Individual; b) an Indian citizen; c) aged 18 years and above as on the date of availing the Offer by the Participant; d) legally eligible to enter into a contract.
4. Information as available on the official web page is the only authentic and valid information about the Offer. BSHG shall not be responsible for any incorrect/misleading information relating to the Offer, presented/ displayed on any other source other than the information available on the official website. BSHG shall not be liable for any loss suffered by any Participant based on the representation, terms, conditions, information presented / displayed on any other source other than the official website.
5. BSHG has endeavored to make all reasonably practicable arrangements to minimize communication system difficulties but can make no guarantee therefore and shall not be liable for any failures in the same.
6. There is no entry fee or participation fee payable by the Participant/s for participating in this Offer. BSHG will not accept any form of payment from any of the Participant/s interested in participating in the Offer.
7. BSHG will not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, expenses whether expressed, implied, real, consequential incurred by the Participant due to participation in the Offer. The Personal Data collected for the purpose of this Offer may be used only for advertising or marketing purposes. The Personal Data is being collected by a third party agency who works on behalf of BSHG. You can at any time withdraw your consent as stated in Point 3 of the Offer Details above. If you do not wish to be contacted by BSHG or its representative for advertising or marketing purposes, you can, at any point of time shall write to us at service.in@siemens-home.BSH-Group.com, to withdraw your consent.
8. BSHG reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation mechanics of pre booking offer at any point of time at its sole discretion without serving any prior intimation to the Participants. Intimation of any change, modification, addition, deletion in the terms and condition of the pre booking offer will be communicated to the Participants by posting the revised terms and condition of the Offer on BSHG social platforms.
9. BSHG is not responsible for Participant not being able understand the Offer pre booking offer mechanics or for his misinterpretation of the same. No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained by BSHG portal or social platforms.
10. Any disputes with respect to the Offer shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
11. BSHG shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by COVID-19/Pandemic conditions, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, terrorist attack, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
12. BSHG shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this pre booking offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The Participant shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.
