Cync Outdoor Wired Smart Camera

This guide provides instructions for installing your Cync Outdoor Wired Smart Camera.

NOTE: Please ensure your system is up-to-date, and update the firmware when prompted for the best experience.

Download the Cync App & Set Up Camera

STEP 1

Connect the cord and plug in the Outdoor Wired Smart Camera in a convenient location.

Choose a Location

Select a suitable outdoor location for your camera. Consider factors like power access and desired field of view. The camera comes with a 24-foot cord.

Mount the Base

STEP 1

After completing setup in the Cync app, proceed with mounting the base.

Attach the Camera

STEP 1

Identify the two notches at the bottom of the mounting plate.

Plug In Camera, Adjust the Position & Finish Setup

STEP 1

Plug your camera into a covered outlet.

STEP 2

Optional: Attach your cord to the siding or mounting surface using the provided clips.
