Trouble Shooting
- Missing power accessories, or instructions: Please contact us on Amazon or by email for a new replacement.
- Temperature Inaccuracy: The temperature sensor is pre-set inside the clock. As electronic components may produce heat when working, it is normal for the temperature reading to differ by 1-2 degrees from a professional thermometer.
- Manual Temperature Reset: The temperature cannot be reset manually as it is detected by the sensor automatically. If the difference is higher than 5 degrees, please contact us for a new replacement.
- Time Not Restoring After Power Outage: If your alarm clock cannot restore the correct time after a power outage, the CR2032 battery on the back of the clock may be depleted. Please try replacing the battery. Note: The CR2032 is only used to store the alarm clock's settings and cannot be used to power the clock separately.
- Slippery Clock: If the alarm clock is too slippery, use the provided rubber bumpers. Stick them on the bottom of the alarm clock as shown in the diagram to prevent sliding.
