Operating Instructions

Radio Operating

1. Turn on the power switch (1) which also serves as the volume control knob (1). Adjust to the appropriate volume.
2. Push switch (2) to choose between MP3 or Radio mode. Rotate switch (6) to select the desired program or station.
3. For FM/AM/SW 3 band DSP radio, push switch (13) to select the band. Pull out the telescopic antenna (14) and adjust its length and angle for the best reception.
4. For receiving AM broadcasts, use the internal magnetic antenna. You can improve reception by rotating the direction of the radio.
5. Plug in a USB drive (7) or TF card (8). The device supports AUTO PLAY and AUX input (9).
6. When you no longer wish to listen to the radio or playback, turn off the power switch (1).

Reader Playback Operating

1. The device defaults to Bluetooth status. The Bluetooth device name is "NB Retro XS".
2. The device supports TF cards and U discs with a maximum capacity of 32GB.
3. The speaker automatically reads the first inserted media device (U disc or TF card). If a TF card was inserted first, and you wish to play MP3 files from a U disc, you must remove the TF card first.
4. Use button (6) for PLAY/PAUSE. Use button (5) for the PREVIOUS track. Use button (4) for the NEXT track.
5. The device supports USB recharging (10).

Attention Please

1. If radio signal or music playback is distorted, promptly check or replace the battery.
2. To recharge the unit, insert the power cable into the DC/5V jack (10). The charging time is approximately 4 hours.
3. If the unit will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery from the storage compartment to prevent potential dry battery leakage and damage.
