9.Maintenance

1) Check the machine before operation, and correct the problems immediately so as to

guarantee the good running and prolong the machine life.

2) Observe whether the buttons are functioning well while the machine is working. Please inspect the abnormality immediately once it is found out.

3) The panel must be cleaned at least once per month, and check whether the screws are

tightly locked. 4) Do not touch the lamp tube by hand as sweat and greasy dirt affect the emission of UV

light. Please wipe the cooled tube with an alcohol pad if it is carelessly stained.

5) The lamp tube and reflex housing must be cleaned at least once per month, please clean it more frequently if the surroundings are severe.

6) Fasten each connection terminal, and check whether the transmission mechanism is

nimble and reliable, the electric cords are in good condition. 7)Please adjust the conveyor chain as it will extend longer after working for some time,

and adjust the mesh belt as it may deviate because of temperature variance.

8) The movable parts of this machine should be lubricated periodically, please refer to the

following table: Description

11. Cautions and warnings
Cautions 1Do not toggle the buttons and switch at will while the machine is working. 2The rotating direction of the fan must be the same as the arrow, or the internal temperature in the machine will get abnormal. 3Do not change the irradiation distance of UV lamp at will. 4Check whether the current is normal when the UV lamp lights up as high current may lead to UV lamp failure, and excess voltage may result in damage to the electronic components. 5Overheating mesh belt, voltage higher than the rated value, small air emission may lead to fire disaster. 6Please turn off the main power if any part powers off abnormally while the machine is running, and restart the machine when the trouble is cleared. 7Please turn off the input power of the machine while inspecting its parts so as to avoid electric shock. 8Do not place the machine on a damp site so as to avoid short circuit or electric shock.
Warnings 1) The UV lamp emits strong UV light while it lights up. Please wear long-sleeved clothes to protect your skin from being burned by UV light. Meanwhile you must wear UV-proof goggles to protect your eyes, and do not look directly at the UV light. 2) Please see a doctor immediately if your skin or eyes are burned carelessly. 3) Do not touch the electriferous parts as high voltage is dangerous. 4) Please turn off the main power when the parts are maintained or replaced. 5) Do not touch the moving parts so as to avoid danger. 6) Do not pack the machine with flammable materials so as to avoid fire disaster. 7) It is forbidden to wash the machine with water so as to avoid short circuit or electric shock.
