4. Hand Controller Function

1/4 Long press head push rod rises/retracts the stop.
2/5 Long press leg push rod rises/retracts the stop.
3 Short press: When released, the rod retracts to the bottom end. Pressing any key during operation stops the motion.
7 Short press: Head and leg push rods move to the initial preset position ZG and stop. Press and hold for 3 seconds to set memory position ZG (overwriting previous position). Backlight flashes for 3 seconds, and the buzzer on the control box receiver beeps once. After memorizing, a brief press of the push rod runs to memory position ZG.

Pairing:

Method 1: Press and hold the pairing button on the control box for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. Within 15 seconds, press and hold buttons 1 and 2 on the hand controller for 3 seconds. The control box beeps once, the pairing button stops flashing, and the hand controller's background light flashes three times.

Method 2: Power off the control box for 5 seconds, then turn it back on to enter pairing mode. Within 15 seconds, press and hold buttons 1 and 2 on the hand controller for 3 seconds. The control box beeps once, the pairing button stops flashing, and the hand controller's background light flashes three times.

Clear Pairing:

Method 1: Press and hold the pairing button on the control box for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. Within 15 seconds, press and hold buttons 5 and 4 on the hand controller for 3 seconds. The control box beeps once, the pairing button stops flashing, and the hand controller's background light flashes three times.

Method 2: Power off the control box for 5 seconds, then turn it back on to enter pairing mode. Within 15 seconds, press and hold buttons 5 and 4 on the hand controller for 3 seconds. The control box beeps once, the pairing button stops flashing, and the hand controller's background light flashes three times.

Restore Factory Settings:

Method 1: Press and hold the pairing button on the control box for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. Within 15 seconds, press and hold buttons 1 and 5 on the hand controller for 3 seconds. The control box beeps once, the pairing button stops flashing, and the hand controller's background light flashes three times.

Method 2: Power off the control box for 5 seconds, then turn it back on to enter pairing mode. Within 15 seconds, press and hold buttons 1 and 5 on the hand controller for 3 seconds. The control box beeps once, the pairing button stops flashing, and the hand controller's background light flashes three times.

Remarks:

  1. Pressing a function button on the controller illuminates its corresponding backlight. The backlight turns off approximately 3 seconds after operation stops.
  2. Reset the push rod before first use to identify its position.
  3. When the vibration motor is operating, pressing a push rod operation button pauses it. After the push rod stops running for 1 second, the vibration motor resumes. If no vibration motor buttons are operated for 30 minutes, it will automatically shut down.
  4. Refer to the pairing standard and factory reset method for the manual controller and control box, as well as the matching standard for the KAIDI electric bed control box.

6. Precautions

  1. Before use, ensure wires are connected correctly according to the system connection diagram, then turn on the main power supply.
  2. Children, elderly, and disabled individuals should use under supervision.
  3. Do not plug or unplug connecting wires while the power is on, as this may cause operational malfunctions. If this occurs, cut off the main power and reconnect after about 30 seconds to restore.
  4. Before first use, the wireless controller must be paired with the control box.
  5. The control box can be paired with two hand controllers. Pairing a third controller will clear the first one.
  6. Replace the manual controller battery promptly. Remove the battery if the device will not be used for an extended period.
