Important Safety Information

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE UNPACKING THE PRODUCT.

Failure to follow these instructions could result in death or serious injury due to incorrect handling or installation. These instructions must be observed for safe installation.

• Two people are required to lift and during the entire installation of this product.
• Installation by an inexperienced installer may result in personal injury or death!

NTQ shall not be liable for any injuries or property damages related to the installation or use of this product.

Tools Required for Installation

Ensure you have the following tools:

• Silicone sealant
• Level
• Tape Measure
• Socket extension
• Safety Glasses
• Putty Knife
• Knife
• Soft Cloth
• Pencil / Marker
• Channel Pliers
• Wrench (x2)

Parts and Seat Installation

Parts List:

Toilet Seat Installation Guide:

1. Insert the screw set on the hinge base through the holes on the toilet pan.
2. Tighten the seat screws, but not fully, to allow movement for seat cover adjustment.
3. Align the hinge base with the holes and adjust the seat cover and pan to match. Remove the seat cover once the installation position is confirmed.
4. Securely fix the hinge base onto the pan.
5. Attach the cap into the hinge base.
6. Fix the seat cover into the hinge base.

Toilet Installation Steps

A. Install Closet Bolts

Install closet bolts in the flange channel. Turn them 90 degrees and slide into place, ensuring they are 6 inches apart and parallel to the wall.

B. Install Wax Seal

Invert the toilet on the floor (use cushioning to prevent damage). Apply the wax ring evenly around the waste flange (horn), with the tapered end facing the toilet. Apply a thin bead of sealant around the toilet base.

C. Position Toilet on Flange

Ensure the floor waste opening is clear. Position the toilet onto the closet flange so the bolts project through the mounting holes. Loosely install the retainer washers and nuts. Position the toilet squarely against the wall. With a rocking motion, press the bowl down firmly onto the wax ring and flange. Alternately tighten the nuts until the toilet is firmly seated on the floor.

D. Install the Side Cover

Adhere the side bolt covers to the toilet.

PRECAUTIONS: Follow all safety precautions to avoid personal injury or property damage.

"Prohibited Acts":

• Do not open or close the seat cover using unnecessary force, as it might cause cracks or performance failure.
• Avoid heavy loading on the seat cover, which may cause damage or a fall.
• Do not use strong abrasive cleansers, which can damage the surface.
• Clean the toilet seat surface with mild soap and water.
• Use a clean and soft cloth to wipe the toilet seat until it is completely dry.
• Keep children out of reach of the seat to prevent personal injury.
• Do not expose the seat cover directly to sunlight, as it might cause color fading.

Three Year Limited Warranty

3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

NTQ products are made with quality materials and excellent craftsmanship for longevity. Within the first year of delivery, NTQ will provide replacement parts at no charge, or at its option, replace defective products or parts under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser; proof of purchase is required. Scratches are not covered.

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects for the stated warranty period. Keep your original invoice as proof of purchase.

NTQ may, at its option: (1) repair or replace defective parts/products at no charge; (2) issue a refund of the original purchase price (valid within 30 days of delivery); or (3) issue a credit towards a new NTQ product. Shipping/delivery charges may apply.

NTQ recommends installation by a licensed, professional plumber. NTQ is not liable for damage or product failure due to improper installation, misuse, or failure to use a licensed professional. NTQ is not responsible for removal or installation costs.

This warranty excludes goods subjected to accident, negligence, improper installation, product abuse, misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol, or other organic solvents.

NTQ's responsibility is limited to replacement parts; it does not cover labor charges, consequential damages, losses, or injury.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF OTHERS: The installer or building contractor is responsible for inspecting the unit for defects or damage prior to installation.

Transit Damage: Damage occurring in transit is the carrier's responsibility. Inspect the unit upon delivery and report any damage immediately to the seller and carrier.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, accident, hard water deposits, corrosive materials, misapplication, improper maintenance, alteration, or failure to follow instructions. It is void if the product is altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
