Registration Details

Online registration is exclusively available at USA Taekwondo Sport80.

Registration & Payment due by: April 7th, 2025 (Monday) at 11:59 PM EST.

Registration DEADLINE: Must register online by Monday, April 7th, 2025. Registration closes at 11:59 PM EST.

Note: No on-site registration is permitted. This event is open to all USAT athletes.

Belt/Weight Changes after Registration Closes: $50.00 CASH.

Please verify your belt color in your Sport80 profile before registering.

Rules and Regulations

The current USAT rules and regulations will govern this tournament. Athletes must compete in the age category according to the age they will be as of December 31st, 2025.

Membership Requirements & How to Register for an Event

Coaches

Each coach is required to be a member of USA Taekwondo, possess a cleared USAT background check (renewed every two years), and hold at least an AC certification to participate. For USA Taekwondo CIDP AC certification, please use the USA Taekwondo CIDP AC certification link.

All coaches will receive an identification lanyard to allow staff to identify authorized personnel on the competition floor.

Sparring

For current Sparring rules, please refer to the USATKD Competition Rules.

Exhibition matches may be granted at the discretion of the tournament director. Matches will be judged by a center referee and a safety observer, and will NOT be scored.

Black belt sparring will utilize the Daedo PSS Generation 2 System for Scoring (Electronic Hogu's and E-Headgear provided for Black belts only).

• Black belt competitors must provide their own socks (socks available for sale, while supplies last).
• Color belts will use provided electronic Hogu's and must provide their own socks (socks available for sale, while supplies last). Color belts must also provide their own WT approved Headgear.

Poomsae

For current Poomsae rules, please refer to the USATKD Competition Rules.

Required colored belt Poomsae:

• Yellow Belts: Taegeuk 1&2
• Green Belts: Taegeuk 3 & 4
• Blue Belts: Taegeuk 5 & 6
• Red Belts: Taegeuk 7 & 8

Colored belt Poomsae will be conducted using a bracketed system. Required Black Belt Poomsae will be posted when available.

Breaking

Boards must be purchased at the tournament.
