During installation, ensure cables are not pinched or damaged by sharp edges. If the external flexible cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, their service agent, or a qualified electrician to avoid risks.

The product and bulbs can become very hot; allow them to cool down before touching. Always use the correct bulb type and maximum wattage as indicated on the product.

• Broken glass parts of the fixture will only be replaced within 14 days after purchase.
• Normal wear and tear, discoloration as a result of normal use.
• Damage caused by external factors such as fire, water, incorrect use, installation, or maintenance of the product.

For warranty claims, customers must provide the defective fixture/part and the original purchase ticket.
