Product Overview

Front View

The front panel features:

  1. On/Standby: Switch STB to On or Standby.
  2. Menu: Switch to main Menu.
  3. OK: Select or confirm.
  4. CH-: Navigate channel down.
  5. CH+: Navigate channel up.
  6. LED Display: Displays the current running station.

Rear View

The rear panel features the following connections:

  1. USB: 2 x USB 2.0 Interface for Upgrade and PVR.
  2. LNB IN: Connect via coaxial cable to a dish to receive digital broadcasts.
  3. HDMI: Connect HDMI cable to HDMI input of the TV.
  4. AV: Connect to the Audio Video input of the TV.
  5. COAXIAL: Audio signal output.
  6. USB: 2 x USB 2.0 Interface for Upgrade and PVR.
  7. DC Power: Connect the 12V power adapter.

Remote Control Unit

The remote control unit provides access to all receiver functions:

  1. Email: Jump to email menu.
  2. Power: Switches the product to on or standby.
  3. FAV: Turns on Favorite Menu.
  4. SAT: Selects the Satellite/ Jumps to special time during media play.
  5. TEXT: Display Teletext information.
  6. SUB: Display subtitle information.
  7. Rewind: Play fast backward with x2, x4, x6, x8, x16, and x32 times of speed, taking effect in PVR playback.
  8. Fast Forward: Play fast forward with x2, x4, x6, x8, x16, and x32 times of speed, taking effect in PVR playback.
  9. PREV: Switch to previous video.
  10. NEXT: Switch to next video.
  11. REC: Record the program.
  12. PLAY/PAUSE: Starts or pauses media play.
  13. STOP: Stops media play/ Stop record the program.
  14. USB: Jump to USB menu.
  15. EPG: (Electronic Program Guide) Displays channel program list.
  16. MENU: Turns on main Menu.
  17. LEFT/RIGHT: Direction buttons or Adjust volume.
  18. UP/DOWN: Direction buttons or Switch channels.
  19. OK: Select to confirm.
  20. AUDIO: Sets audio to stereo, mono, left, or right.
  21. EXIT: Exit the current menu or return to the previous menu.
  22. VOL+/VOL-: Adjusts volume.
  23. MUTE: Mute or Restore Audio Output.
  24. INFO: Displays additional channel information.
  25. CH+/CH-: Channel up/down.
  26. 0-9 (Number Key): Selects a channel or setting.
  27. TV/Radio: Switches channels between TV channels and Radio channels.
  28. VIDEO MODE: Switch video resolution.

Installation and Basic Functions

Installation Setup Guide

Adding Favorite Channels

TV Channels List: Displays a list of channels, allowing users to manage favorite channels, lock, and unlock channels.

  1. Press the [Menu Button] on the remote control.
  2. Use the [Left Arrow] and [Right Arrow] keys and choose "Channel List".
  3. Look for "TV Channels List" and press the [OK Button].
  4. While in the TV Channels List screen, choose the desired channel and press the [Fav Button].
  5. After adding all your favorite channels, press the [Exit Button]. A pop-up "SAVE" message will appear. Use the [Left Arrow] and [Right Arrow] buttons and choose "Yes", then press [OK Button].

Locking Channels

Make sure to set Channel Lock to "ON".

  1. From the main Menu screen, use the [Left Arrow] and [Right Arrow] keys to select "System", then select "Parental Lock", and press [OK Button].
  2. Under the Parental Control screen, select "Channel Lock". Use the [Left Arrow] and [Right Arrow] keys to switch the channel lock function ON or OFF, then press [Exit Button] to go back to the main Menu.
  3. While in the main Menu screen, use the [Left Arrow] and [Right Arrow] keys to choose "Channel List".
  4. Look for "TV Channels List" and press [OK Button].
  5. While in the TV Channels List screen, use the [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow] keys to select the channel to be locked. Press the [Red Button] and input your 4-digit PIN code, then press the [Exit Button]. A pop-up "SAVE" message will appear. Use the [Left Arrow] and [Right Arrow] buttons and choose "Yes", then press [OK Button].

Channel Management

List of Channels

While watching, press the [OK Button] or [List Button]. The "ALL" menu screen will appear, displaying all TV or Radio channels available. Use the [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow] keys to find and select a new channel, then press [OK Button] to confirm.

EPG (Electronic Program Guide)

Displays the lists of current and upcoming TV programs on all available channels.

Channel Information Bar

Displays channel information currently being watched. It is displayed when pressing the [Info Button] while watching or when changing channels.

Point the remote control unit towards the front panel and near from the panel
The image stops suddenly, poor picture quality The signal is too weak Check signal strength. Check LNB cable connection.
