Product Overview
The Doyon PIZ series, specifically the PIZ3 Jet Air Pizza Oven, is uniquely designed for efficient and even baking. It features Doyon's exclusive Jet Air baking technology, which utilizes a reversing fan system for uniform heat distribution. The oven has three individual drop-down doors, requiring only 6 inches (152 mm) of clearance in front. PIZ ovens are designed for space and energy savings. The three perforated nickel-plated decks facilitate rapid heat accumulation and even heat distribution across the baking surfaces. The heat from the nickel-coated perforated decks promotes an even crust formation due to air circulation through the perforations and direct heat from the metal deck. While ideal for pizzas, these ovens are versatile enough to bake and cook a variety of other products.
The PIZ3 model is shown with an optional stand.
