Product Care and Maintenance
Warning: Ensure to disconnect the power before cleaning and maintenance.
Pre-filter (every 15 days)
Please use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust on the surface of the screen or wash it with water. Dry thoroughly.
HEPA / Carbon Filter (every two months)
- Use a vacuum cleaner to clear the dust on the surface of the screen.
- Place the filter in a ventilated place. Do not expose to strong sunlight.
- Do not use water to clean the filter.
Particle Sensor (every two months)
- Remove the sensor's cover.
- Use a dry cotton swab to clean the sensor.
- Regularly clean the sensor from dust.
- Use a flashlight if you cannot see the sensor.
Air Outlet and Ionizer (every two months)
- On the top grid, find the symbol [△].
- Lift the side with this symbol and carefully remove the grid.
- Use a vacuum cleaner to collect dust from the top of the unit.
- The ionizer is located at the air outlet at the top of the instrument (side with the symbol [△]). If you do not see the ionizer, use a flashlight.
- Use a brush pen to gently clean the ionizer from any dust that has been collected.
Note
- Please unplug the power if the appliance is not in use for a long time.
- Depending on the usage environment and methods (e.g., a family with many smokers or a place with serious pollution), the filter life may be shortened. Please replace the filter in time.
- To clean the device, do not use any aggressive concentrated detergents.
- The air purifier works silently, but not without any noise. Purifier noise less than 66 dB is not a fault.
Filtration System
- Pre-filter: Dust capturing filter at the front. It filters pollutants like large dust particles, hairs, pollen, and suspended particles. It is washable and reusable.
- Activated Carbon Filter: Absorbs various smells, such as formaldehyde. Formaldehyde is a colorless gas with a strong odor, often considered the most dangerous harmful substance indoors because it is highly irritating to the upper airways and eyes.
- True HEPA Filter: Adsorbs particles down to 0.0001 mm, such as pollen, drifting dust, and germs, with a purification efficiency of more than 99.9%. It prevents the spread of airborne bacterial and viral organisms.
- Anion Generator (Ionizer): A double-core anion generator releases a large amount of anions, making the oxygen negatively charged. Anions not only remove dust, kill bacteria, and purify air efficiently but also facilitate synthesis in the human body and the storage of vitamins. The ionizer can be switched on or off by simultaneously holding down the mode button [2] and the filter button [4] for 3 seconds. One beep indicates the ionizer is on; two beeps indicate it is off.
Replacing the Filters
The device is equipped with a filter maintenance indicator. You can find more information in the 'Control Overview and Operation Instructions' section.
