This certificate confirms that representative samples of the Product have been investigated and found in compliance with the indicated Standard(s). It is issued in accordance with a) the contractual agreement between UL and the certificate holder, b) the ANZ Certification Program Terms and Conditions, c) JAS-ANZ accreditation requirements, d) the Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS) requirements as defined in AS/NZS 4417.2 and the EESS Scheme Rules, and e) NSW Government requirements for a Recognised External Approval Scheme (REAS). The certification is based on type assessment and is issued for use in Australia only.
Equipment covered by this approval must comply in all respects with the certified article, and is required to be clearly and indelibly marked with the marking indicated in the appendix to this certificate. The certificate holder must immediately notify UL International New Zealand Ltd if these conditions are not met.
Notification must be made to UL International New Zealand Ltd within 20 working days of any modification to the product, change of manufacturer or change of certificate holder details. If the client provides copies of the certification documents to others, the documents shall be reproduced in their entirety.
This certificate shall expire on the date indicated above unless the certificate is suspended, cancelled or withdrawn for any reason prior to that date. All dates are in Year-Month-Day format (YYYY-MM-DD).

Marking Requirements
EESS Participating Jurisdictions: Certified products shall be marked with the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM), and all the requirements of all relevant parts of AS/NZS 4417 applicable to the article shall be fulfilled.
New South Wales (NSW): Certified products offered for sale in NSW shall be marked with the authorised product approval mark (minimum size is not specified, as long as the Approval Number is legible). The approval mark is ULL-101473-EA.
On the original date of certification, the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM) was accepted in NSW as an alternative to the authorised product approval mark provided that all the requirements of all relevant parts of AS/NZS 4417 applicable to the article were fulfilled.
