Nexgrill Limited Warranty Information

This limited warranty is provided by Nexgrill to the original consumer-purchaser only for the product, Model #720/730-0898E. It ensures the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials when correctly assembled and used under normal, reasonable home conditions, starting from the date of purchase.

Nexgrill reserves the right to request photographic evidence of any damage or the return of defective parts, with shipping costs prepaid by the consumer, for review and examination. Nexgrill's responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or providing the depreciated value of the product, at Nexgrill's discretion.

Warranty Coverage Periods:

• TUBE BURNERS: 10-year LIMITED warranty against perforation.
• COOKING GRIDS and FLAME TAMERS: 1-year LIMITED warranty. This does not cover damage from dropping, chipping, scratching, or surface damage.
• STAINLESS STEEL PARTS: 1-year LIMITED warranty against perforation. This does not cover cosmetic issues such as surface corrosion, scratches, and rust.
• ALL OTHER PARTS: 1-year LIMITED warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, valves, frame, housing, cart, control panel, igniter, regulator, and hoses. It does not cover chipping, scratching, cracking, surface corrosion, scratches, or rust.

To obtain warranty service, the consumer must provide proof of purchase. Nexgrill will repair or replace parts proven to be defective within the applicable warranty period. Replacement parts will be free of charge, excluding shipping costs, provided the claim is made within the warranty period from the original purchase date. The original consumer-purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for parts replaced under this limited warranty.

This limited warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, is required. If the unit was a gift, the gift-giver should provide the receipt. Defective or missing parts will not be replaced without registration or proof of purchase.

This warranty covers the product's functionality only and excludes cosmetic issues like scratches, dents, corrosion, discoloration from heat or cleaning agents, rust on surfaces, or discoloration of stainless steel. Surface rust, corrosion, or powder paint chipping that does not affect the product's structural integrity is not considered a defect.

This limited warranty does not cover costs associated with inconvenience, food loss, personal injury, or property damage. If an original replacement part is unavailable, a comparable part will be provided. The consumer is responsible for all shipping charges for replaced parts.

Manufacturer Will Not Pay For:

• In-home service calls.
• Repairs for uses other than normal, single-family household or residential use.
• Damage resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, lack of maintenance/cleaning, abuse, fire, flood, acts of God, improper installation, or installation not in accordance with electrical or plumbing codes.
• Any food loss due to product failures.
• Replacement parts or repair labor for units operated outside the United States or Canada.
• Pickup and delivery of the product.
• Postage or photo processing fees for documentation.
• Repairs to parts or systems resulting from unauthorized modifications.
• Removal and/or reinstallation of the product.
• Shipping costs (standard or expedited) for warranty/non-warranty and replacement parts.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties; Limitation of Remedies

Repair or replacement of defective parts is the exclusive remedy. Nexgrill is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages arising from breaches of this warranty or any applicable implied warranty, or for damages resulting from acts of God, improper care, grease fires, accidents, alterations, unauthorized part replacements, misuse, transportation, commercial use, abuse, hostile environments, improper installation, or installation not in accordance with local codes or manufacturer instructions.

This limited warranty is the sole express warranty provided. No other product specifications or descriptions are warranted by Nexgrill except as stated herein. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the term of this limited warranty.

Dealers and retailers have no authority to offer additional warranties or remedies inconsistent with those stated. Nexgrill's maximum liability will not exceed the documented purchase price of the product. This warranty applies only to units purchased from authorized retailers. Some states may not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
