Round Flush Deadbolt Lock Assembly
The round flush deadbolt assembly features a circular faceplate with a diameter of 2-1/2" (63 mm). The deadbolt mechanism offers a 1" (25 mm) throw. The latch is a 6-in-1 type, adjustable for either a 2-3/8" (60 mm) or 2-3/4" (70 mm) backset. The latch faceplate is 2-1/4" (57 mm) from the edge, with the bolt itself being 1" (25 mm). The overall depth of the mechanism is 1-3/4" (45 mm). The lock is designed for doors with a thickness ranging from 1-3/4" (45 mm) to 2-1/8" (54 mm). The accompanying high-security strike plate measures 1-1/8" (29 mm) in height, 2-1/8" (54 mm) in width, and 2-3/4" (70 mm) in length, with a strike opening of 3/4" (19 mm) and a depth of 9/16" (14 mm).
Square Flush Deadbolt Lock Assembly
The square flush deadbolt assembly also has a faceplate diameter of 2-1/2" (63 mm). It includes a 1" (25 mm) deadbolt throw and a 6-in-1 adjustable latch, configurable for 2-3/8" (60 mm) or 2-3/4" (70 mm) backsets. The latch faceplate is 2-1/4" (57 mm) from the edge, with a 1" (25 mm) bolt. The mechanism has an overall depth of 1-3/4" (45 mm). This model fits doors with thicknesses from 1-3/4" (45 mm) to 2-1/4" (57 mm). The high-security strike plate is identical to the round version: 1-1/8" (29 mm) height, 2-1/8" (54 mm) width, 2-3/4" (70 mm) length, with a 3/4" (19 mm) opening and 9/16" (14 mm) depth.
